During May of 1997 The Notting Hillbillies performed eleven brilliant concerts in the UK, (over consecutive days) starting at the Assembly Rooms Derby on Tuesday, 13 May 1997 and concluding at Shepherd’s Bush Empire London, on Friday, 23 May 1997. This DVD, produced by the La-Knopfler.tk group, is from Redcar in Middleborough & was the 5th concert of the tour. Mark presented a signed red Stratocaster to the winner of an MS charity prize draw. Great video of a great concert, with excellent audio & picture quality throughout. The band, were having a ball, with lots of interaction and spontaneity. Plenty of highlights.

I think this is the best Mark Knopfler playing I have seen. He seems so relaxed and happy, having a good time with old friends. Oh to have been there. Great "Calling Elvis". Do wish the audio was a little better, but hey, you know what they say about beggers.....
