The Notorious B.I.G. channel is the official KZread home of The Notorious B.I.G. featuring his catalog of official music videos. The Notorious B.I.G. is widely recognized as one of the world’s most influential rappers and has sold more than 17 million albums in the U.S. alone. Before his murder in 1997, Christopher Wallace recorded two classic albums as The Notorious B.I.G. His debut Ready to Die arrived in 1994 and helped revitalize the East Coast rap scene with massive hits like “Big Poppa” and “Juicy.” Life After Death was released in March 1997 just weeks after he was shot and killed in Los Angeles. The record topped the U.S. album charts and featured the hits “Hypnotize” and “Mo Money Mo Problems.” It remains one of the few hip-hop albums to ever achieve Diamond certification from the RIAA.

@Andrea Tupac was shot went to jail weeks after, heard this in prison, the song is so blatantly aimed at him. People sympathise with biggie cos he lied and played the good guy, pac was real the whole way put urself in his position, he’s at biggies studio(his best friend) in biggies neighbourhood NY and he somehow can’t find the people that hit Pac up, but claims he’s a Don on his album. Pac was just mad with his fake ness and that reply dis (hit em up) was a personification of biggies imagine

I know Biggie has songs like "Suicidal Thoughts" and "Ready to Die" but this will always be the saddest song for me. Imagine if he never said "turn front page." Imagine if he dropped this when he was supposed to. Imagine if the media got it right. This song is Biggie's saddest because it made the feud between himself and Pac inevitable. RIP to both of them. Absolute legends of the scene.
