Our 4-7 year old girls have been requesting your videos almost daily over the past couple of years. Thanks to you, we’ve enjoyed overhearing them pretend playing: Newton vs Einstein (who they think are two queens engaged in some kind of power struggle), hydrogen diatomically bonding, ratcheting nanobots, and discovering new exoplanets that sit on either side of the habitable zone (they still survive on them, just lots of “Brrrr!” and “Owwww!”).

My seven year old and I have a whole Acapella Science playlist and it is an absolute joy every time I hear a snippet of Evo-Devo coming from the other room.

When the world needed him the most, he returned.

Honestly, I've been a huge fan of your channel since crispr Cas 9 and listened to your stuff on repeat. I was genuinely sad when it seemed like you were giving up on the channel. Great to see you back.

Oh my gosh! Hooray! I had worried that the making of these works of art had so overwhelmed you that we'd never see you again. My whole family will be off-the-wall excited. My kids, 14 and 9, know so much about the modern synthesis and quaternions and entropy because of the questions they asked after watching a capella science. And just as importantly, they've been moved by the beauty of those things. Thank you for your work! We cheering you on!

So glad that you are back. You videos have meant a great deal to us. I'm diabetic so "Bantings Imparted Years" made me cry the first time I heard it. I learn electronis by first studying the atom. Electrons whizzing in orbit made sense and all the stuff made sence. All my transmitters and receivers worked and my lasers cut holes in stuff just fine. I could not get a good grasp on chemistry. Then I watched "Molecular Shape of You" = = What do you mean electron clouds? Looking into that now all the bonding makes sence and the reactions now seem logical.

I'm so thrilled to hear this! I've probably contributed to half the views on “Evo Devo”. You make incredible work.

When I was studying computer engineering in my bachelors and first came across the CRISPR-Cas9 song, I plunged into online research. I have since come to love the field of biology and the natural sciences in general. I even made a switch to bioinformatics now for my masters. According to the university I have to do some extra coursework on biology and chemistry but they admitted me!! I just got my first exam back from Bio-101 and I passed with 1.0!! I learned so much about the gene regulation, membranes, the cytoskeleton, the organelles, mendel and more! I plan to use my skills in statistics, machine learning and programming to work in the field of personlized medicine. You have had a big impact with your art on my life and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart!
