This is my first time commenting on this series but this episode explains everything Hurrem had been through and what she fights for. Every step she takes is all about survival. She didn’t even think to posion or kill mustafa but herself and her kids.

After this, she tried to kill Mustafa by poisoning through efsun hatun but efsun started to love and and denied to do this work... Actually all is about survival and constant threatening from mahidevran... But hurram never poisoned her children's ear like mahidevran did to Mustafa...mahi started everything and hurram ended..

21:08 parallel to episode 121. Hurrem sultan was looking at mahidevran, and so did she. Only that time, Suleiman realized what was going on behind his back. Then he invited hurrem sultan, Mustafa, Selim and mihrimah to tell him what happened. He only kept hurrem sultanas words❤❤

This exchange with Ibrahim strengthens Hurrem resolve, that she's the only one who can protect her children

Always love the ending scene when it shows the way the loyalties are split to Süleyman. Hurrem with absolute loyalty on one side the mother is still standing in front of him she still has absolute loyalty. Then her daughter Hatice standing beside her with Gulfem is there supposed to be neutral but after Sultana Valide Hafsa dies, they lean towards the side of Mivhedran and Mustafa along with Ibrahim.

Valide Sultan and hatice know real mahidevran every part with own eyes and ear but they always forgiven her

Ibrahim intentions got corrupt even at this stage. He was thinking about what mahidevil told him. And he never vowed to protect hurrems childrens

Hureem was a great mother who would never allow her children to suffer indignity at the hands of Mahidrevan. Anyway the only person who was disappointed when suleyman awoke from his coma was Mahidrevan .. she lost again. She didn't care about Suleyman but still professed her love for him. Whereas Hureem would rather give up her life as well as her children's if Suleyman passed away. That's how much and deeply she loved Suleyman and her children. Only Gul aga knew this as he's the one who got the poison for her. But not Mahidrevan ... she would never do that except to keep on living and cursing Suleyman and everyone else after Mustafa's death

Ibrahim' s greed started from d time of mustafas birth since he knew mahi n mustafa can be manipulated esp after mahi tempted him with more power n wealth that his loyalty started tilting towards mustafa

what i will never understand is why hurrem never equated to just kill mustafa in case the sultan died. i get that she might've not wanted to do it (he was ''innocent'' and she was hoping for suleyman to recover) but why would she off herself and all her 5 children when mustafa is only one? that would pretty much end the threat of Mahidevran and Ibrahim, as their prince would be gone, and one of Hurrem's children would be the next sultan... idk.
