Awesome video! I'm planning to head to Kankakee river state park to try some smallmouth fishing. Would you recommend fishing the main river? Or maybe one of the tributaries? Such as rock creek? I'm very new to smallmouth fishing since I live around banner marsh central illinois.

Yes fish the main river right now!! It’s very low. Screw all the creeks and backwaters
I heard you guys caught a nice size walleye and bass for the derby. But forgot to sign up. That's upsetting

Didn’t forget at all my guy. Just didn’t sign up. We fished for one day. Also caught a 4lb smallie woulda placed for that as well.
