Topwater Fishing the Kankakee River
It's always a good time checking out new spots. For this adventure, my dad and I took a trip down to the Kankakee River in search of some smallmouth bass. These fish are always fun to catch but on topwater it's even better! And of course, it is always great to spend some quality time in nature. So enjoy some of the triumphs and blunders we experienced on our latest trip to this beautiful river!

Thanks for watching! We put in at the Kankakee River State Park canoe launch area, right by Warner Bridge. Nice area, definitely worth checking out!
