It's a lot of common since when you really think about it. Especially when he was talking about getting your chops together and let the tools inspire you... that's the icing on the cake
Great words of an artist!
This guy is nothing but really honest about music. I can't imagine how deep is he's conection with the sound making, but I know he's a guy that takes it in a serious and true way to do it! That guy is one of the men that take music to next level of feeling. Thanks for making this video. I'll keep on having MRX products. They sound nothing but great!
Gotta love that T-shirt.

Music has found me as well but I never thought of it in that way before... Thanks bro!
So awesome!
Really nice piece ... amazing dude and bassist. He just summed it all up - start with the chops, then experiment with different sounds. Thanks, man.
Very Dope Video!!!
The Man! But, pay attention to the back ground music, M is always working on something!
LOL At 2:12, as soon as I saw the DC Brick's "POWER" label, heard in my head the "PAA PARAPARAPARA PAAA" bassline slap
Where can I get one of those J5 t-shirts?!
what a classy guy
other than compression and EQ, Marcus virtually never uses effects just happy to endorse whoever for a few $$$'s
