If you get a scratch of the lens then buy a tube of polywatch which will take the scratch out no problem. Very cheap and great fix.
Back in the day I used to wear glasses and used my PSVR, and well they scratched the lenses. Later I got a new pair of glasses cause time does that to your eyes, and got an Oculus CV1. I found out about prescription lens inserts. Got them and boy howdy were they nice! The freedom, the peace of mind they offer is just amazing. If you are ever on the fence about getting some, don't wait, unless you need to get your eyes retested then maybe wait :P I have a Quest 3 now, and sadly I have to wait since I have an eye exam in June or July then I can order some new inserts.
Tried lens inserts and especially with Pimax Crystal, I constantly have to take the headset off to look at screen and it means glasses on and off and on and off on and looking for glasses when you need them. Was more of a hassle than I expected.
Tried em before and pinch my nose and was very annoying and never again so no thanks lol dont feel like waisting my money again
