Really like that locking idea, think a lot of farmers would be interested especially in the UK where farm thefts and fly tipping are plentiful. The locks would also be useful for home owners as well, especially keeping gates and sheds secure, You're a good man Adrian, it's nice to see young people taking an idea from an idea and putting it into something useful. 👍

It's good to see maintenance being done. Some folks may not consider this to be glamorous KZread material however it is very important to keeping the farm running smoothly.

Good to see your looking after the knees there Adrian albeit Hudson has other designs on the mats purpose! Have work trousers with slots at the knees to slip in pads, very convenient and just makes some jobs a wee bit more comfortable. I don’t like ladder work when I’m on my own but had to get this sorted before the heavy rain that has on arrived. Going to get some used scaffolding very soon, be much safer and handier for me too

Great video as always again Adrian. I don't comment very often these days, but your comment on the tree has energised me, how can you not see its value, your family are right. For the sake of debris in a few gutters, would you not just enjoy the beauty of the tree and forget about taking a selfish decision like cutting it down. You might be happy, but no one else will. Think about that again i'd say. Love the videos.

Good video. I saw a quad with duel wheels on the back it was on ear to the ground recently.

You can put them end pieces in the gutter with tex screws adrian, same as for joining it and the down piece as well

may be handy to make a tool carrier out of a sack trolley saves a lot of back and fro to the workshop!

You could fix some galebreaker with battens over the out side of the Yorkshire boards to catch the rain so that most o f it will run down onto the outside wall. Building site mesh a much cheaper product.

Adrian you need small set ramps for servicing the quad sure you can pre-fab some ;)

Your sure making a the place far nicer.I would exstend the the roof over the scrap metal pile and make it a nice tidy organized storage much needed extras area for spare farm gates and other bits and bobs for the farm. The more areas cover by roof the better life is because things stored last far longer not out in the weather.

Kudos for promoting Declan and his good lady.

Your big tree, recommend you try pollarding first to reduce it by about a third. Always a shame to lose an established tree and the shade or wind protection.

And you think a labrador is going to give up a comfy mat !

Great video adrian, i was thinking, would it benefit me, as a beef man, to connect the gutters to the slurrey tanks? I usually have to draw water into the tank, perhaps it might be too much water? Thinking of the roof space wich is around 140m. It could be better than running into the neighbours field..... (nobody tell him ;)

U could put tee piece on down pipe and valve 2 let in a certain amount of water in slats all in 4 inch fitting
