I haven't yet heard the new Esoteric edition, but so far the Salvo edition is the best sounding version of "Shazam" by The Move in my opinion.

You can certainly hear the embryo of Electric Light Orchestra in "Beautiful Daughter". If Carl Wayne hadn't left The Move when he did, I'm sure this would have been a single 'A' side and it would have gone top five in the UK.
