Two great hills and your video does them justice. It was a very steep and slightly unpleasant descent.

I liked the hike to the Hidden valley in Glencoe. It starts at the carpark of the Three Sisters of Glencoe. It's not a munro, not even close, but surely a nice short walk.

Stunning shots from the drone. In conditions a bit like that, I backpacked from Dalmally, over the summits, to the Kingshouse. Crampons were necessary and there was a close encounter with an eagle. It was as good a trip as I’ve ever had. A very impressive area. I was surprised to hear you saying you hadn’t been through Glencoe before. I thought all Scots did that during childhood holidays!

I did this walk on the 8th April 2022 just a few days before this and there was a lot more snow around. It was a perfect sunny but chilly weekend with fantastic views of Ben Cruachan. Did Beinn a' Chleibh on the 9th to complete the Glen Orchy hills. The Ben Cruachan horseshoe is a fantastic but strenuous walk. Great video which took me instantly back to that weekend.

Interesting fact... Chochauill is based on the same root as the English word 'cockle' - the old French word 'coquille' meaning 'shell', from Latin 'conchylium' meaning shellfish, from Greek 'konkhulion' meaning 'small mussel'....!
