But what did she expect? I’m glad she got closure, but she sounds like she’s got some issues if that’s going to bother her to the point she needs closer 10 yrs later. He was being truthful. And she can’t expect him to wait for 2 min while she does a bit for him. That’s kinda odd no? Not the right time or place. She need to take some of the ownership on that esp after 10 yrs. That said, he could have still been truthful and handled it with kindness.

Michael McCarthy Yeah, I cant really disagree with you there, it probably wasn’t the most impressive or amusing anecdote. Not that I’m saying she was trying to impress us all with it. I guess personally speaking I think a lot of us might agree we just would’ve went with a different story altogether. But y’know, to each his own I guess. Also, what’s that thing they always say about never meeting your heroes, right?

He's no prize, but do you think he enjoyed meeting you? What did you present to him? Just listening to your story, you presented a begging, hero-worshiper who wanted to take and not give. What would be the benefit in that for him? Next time, have something to give him (and I don't mean your butt), so he could become bigger off of you, instead of your becoming bigger off of him. If it really bothered you, why don't you make it your mission to help up-and-coming comedians, like you wanted him to help you?
