And as a consulting lawyer, all she was doing was reading the court paperwork and explaining to the reporter & audience what Monica's actual lawyers are probably going to say/use at the upcoming trial. Same goes for the "prosecutor" as well because the actual prosecutors refused interviews so the network needed another consulting attorney to act as a prosecutor. What I’m learning from listening to this defense attorney is her thrill is proving that the prosecutors can’t “prove” she is guilty! She has an excuse for everything. What I’m seeing is it isn’t about convicting a murderer, but to the defense it becomes a game to “win!”

As a New Orleanian, I am so happy and proud to see Michelle Miller's beautiful face on 48 hours. I remember when she was an anchor on our local tv station and would come to the schools to speak with us. Very nice and classy lady. As for Monica, she was TOTALLY in on it and should get the same amount of time as her boyfriend. Not only did she assist in taking her husbands life but forever traumatized her daughter by having her find him. She doesn't care about those children. She took their father and while she's in jail and instead of showing remorse, she's carrying on like a teenager sending letters about "how we both know what the other is thinking." Fabio seemed like a beautiful human being. You could feel his spirit through the camera. What a waste. Sending love to his sister, children, friends and love ones.

Believe it. Never forget that just because people are attractive, or look normal, means that they are actually normal. They see nothing wrong with their actions because crazy people do not know that they are crazy.

Is she kidding? You can ask about life insurance after 1-2 weeks if you need the money and not on the same day or one day after. They had 11k cash at home and she has access to the bank account I assume with 400000. “Only” the Rolex on his wrist was more than a lot of people have and all together they had more than most of us will ever have and she tells that Monica is not financially sane. She also had “rich” family and friends who had helped her but They had enough money. And also the words shes spoke in the police car. She is guilty
