why am i crying? is it the fact that hyunjin was in victory song but not kingdom?or is it the way you laid it all out with such good storytelling? you completely capture their growth and artistic choices despite the norms of kpop

It is certainly a "baller" move, to claim victory before the contest has even begun. I am a fairly new Stay (~ 1 year), but I, like you, am in awe of them. It is SO easy to celebrate their successes, and appreciate the many things that make them so special. I have been around a LONG time, and have loved some amazing artists... There is no doubt in my mind that these men are worth every heartt beat-eu!

I've been a stay since Side Effects came out and when i tell you i was so hyped that they played a B side for such a big music show astounded me, I would've never guessed they'd pick Victory Song but watching their performance i was like "oh yeah, they're for sure gonna win and they know it"

I literally became a stay by finding this performance! I am a january 2021 stay TT. It was amazing, grand and just screamed ''HERE WE ARE BOW DOWN''. I had no knowledge why they were so rough and powerful in that performance. Looking back, it's incredibly fucking ballsy to come out with a song title ''VICTORY SONG'', like DAMN Christopher that's INSANE.

We knew they were gonna win the moment they were announced tbh as there was no way they'd get one of the biggest gen 3 bg's. Possibly TXT could've given them some competition at that time?
