well yeah but a lot of people start off like that. (I'm setting me up as an example because I know many people can relate with my case) in my country, Asia is "called" (basically mocking) just China. every Asian person people see they call Chinese and it's a very racist country. this also caused me to back away from music that was Asian because I was surrounded by that environment. still to this day I wouldn't be a kpop fan if my brother didn't force me to listen to kpop with him every day and me coincidentally actually liking Domino and Taste (that he had on his playlist) and later showed me Case 143 and Christmas Evel which I liked. it's okay as long as the person actually ends up giving it a chance (which this guy did) and if it actually isn't to their taste that's okay, music shouldn't be forced on anyone. I fully understand your comment but wanted to give a bit of context, I don't know if that's his case also but I just want to give some other pov that could be possible.

Stray Kids are my favorite group, all of their songs are very unique and well-made. Fun fact, they produce all of their own songs. I started to really listen Stray Kids recently and I don't regret it at all, they are so good and I really love Felix's deep voice

Stray Kids is a very different group from those typical k-pop groups. They are a self-produced group very focused on rap and crazy beats but with catchy melodies. Their songs are like a rollercoaster. I recommend you next these songs: Megaverse, God's Menu, Freeze, Venom, S-Class, Thunderous, Side Effects, Back Door, and so many more masterpieces.... I hope you'll continue this journey!!

But their Maniac song (I used it when working out/exercise. That's the start I feel curious about more of their discography) I got intrigued more and watch a random reels showed up on my yt algo which is their funny vlog and I feel happy seeing them smiling/laughing, idk Yyyyyyyy tho. Stray Kids are part of the K-POP Industry but they ARE unique. Over 180 songs in 5.5 years, they have covered over 35 genres and have not made a single miss. They write their own songs, 3 (Now 4) of them are producers. Their sound is genuinely them and they are genuine chaotic people who are òozing talent in everything they do.

@LeeKnowsairfryer. Hyunjin was the main producer of Cover Me. Channie stepped in when Hyunjin had to leave the country for a schedule but he started it and finished it when he returned. He was the one who chose Han and Lee Know to sing parts in a full voice rather than just falsetto.

Subbed for your Stray Kids reactions. I never liked K-pop before I heard them but I can’t get enough of them

The dude with the red hair in maniac is hyunjin. The dude with the deep voice is felix. The dude with the black hair with green streaks is changbin. The dude spitting spitting bars is han. I.N is the one with the one mopping the floor in maniac. Lee Know is the one staring into your soul at the end of the Maniac mv. Bang chan was the second person to appear in the maniac mv. And seungmin is other one that i am not sure how to describe.

I was like "bro's going down into the rabbits hole even though he's kpop haters" but then again I myself was prejudice on kpop before find myself listening to skz (it took me almost 5 months to accept myself as kpop Stan for some reason)

I feel you... Never listen to Kpop before Skz... At the beginning I was listening at night trying to hide my interest by everyone (I'm 39 yo) . Now, I'm like a commercial (🤣🤣🤣), promoting them to everyone 😂😂😂😂😂 Their music is so good... Give them the chance to show me what they bring to the table... It was a very good choice that brought me a mega plus of energy. For me all of them are like family members. That much I care about them!!! 💙S͓̽t͓̽r͓̽a͓̽y͓̽K͓̽i͓̽d͓̽s͓̽💙 everywhere all around the world!

Hahaha! I loved both your reactions cause you're so relatable! I legit used to be like nah bro K-pop is not my thing, but then Stray Kids came along and- It's a whole different story now! Stray Kids produce their own music and don't leave it up to the record label which is such a plus point! 3 members out of the total 8 members aka Bangchan or the leader (rap name is CB97), Changbin (SpearB) and Han (or J.One) write, compose and produce Stray Kids' music and are called 3Racha (which is a wordplay on Sriracha sauce yes cause their music is fire!) They legit have their own genre of music now which is called the mixed taste genre cause they constantly switch up the genres, flows and beats all in one song! They are insane man! There was also a lot of wordplay in the lyrics of this Lalalala MV. Although they are a Korean group, they also can sing in Japanese and take inspiration from other cultures and languages. For example- In Chinese, 'rak' means joy/pleasure, so it is not your typical rock song cause it plays off 'rak' or joy, rock as in the genre and 'la' which is what the word sounds like. The whole song is basically to let go of ones' anxieties and fears and enjoy, so we "feel the rock." They also use Japanese folklore cause they reference the bald headed monster who represents fears of the children in the marching band here. Anyway, I better stop geeking out in the comments haha. Next time you check out a Stray Kids MV from their official KZread channels, do turn on the captions so you can understand the song too. You gotta watch the Megaverse MV and Topline MV next! Can't wait to see what you say about that!

Same! I had no interest in Kpop then somehow SKZ showed up in my feed and I’m hooked lol only listen to them though cuz I think their sound is diff from other kpop songs/groups I’ve heard

I’m so happy you like stray kids, they are actually the best 4th gen group and so many people love them and their music, their music is really just so good and the lyrics to the dance and visuals of the mv is just amazing, if you wanna react to more music I recommend 1. The thing with Stray Kids is that they are very noisy, they have hard hitting and hard beats, they are very hip-hop oriented and their style in general it's just loud, rebellious and they have this rave vibe so that's why even a lot of non-fans find them really fun and fck with them Also 2:25 mood

I used to be a K-pop hater as well until I listen to stray kids and I truly feel like Skz doesn’t give basic K-pop and that’s what drew me to them, they are the only group I listen to on repeat but since them I have opened my heart to other groups and love K-pop so much now I do have my limits and girl groups aren’t my cup of tea but that being said loved your reaction

I used to heavily make fun of people who listened to K-pop but now K-pop has become part of my identity and I love it so so so much I just hate my self for all bad things I’ve ever said about it
