Right. They kind of need to be because the audience needs to be able to put themselves in their shoes. It’s why leading men in Hollywood is so constricted and why they all look alike. Same with some leading ladies. It’s the character actors who play the funny, weird, etc character and the ones people tend to remember.

Billy was one of the guests during the initial Zoom lockdown shows so it's great to finally see him in the studio

Little Richard's career was his biopic, with him playing the star nobody could do it better; nor near as good

Fagin is 100% the best part - I got the role as a cute, blonde 11 year old girl, but I acted the hell out of it - best part ever!!

I realise that I don't even know Billy Porter, yet I love the personality on the screen, not to mention his style, if that makes sense! I want to add that I was Cinderella in a school play when I was a child and seemed to have stayed in the role due to the bullying I've experienced over the years and no "princes" saved me either. ☺

He is so funny. I like listening to his stories.

"Now, that's how you make an entrance" . I love that version of Cinderella because it caters for tweens and teenagers, as well as every other age group, but it's hip, it's cool and they will relate to it. But, Ever After: A Cinderella story is my favourite. It's more like the book.

Well, he's supposed to be the tangine in an otherwise bland serving. As part of the whole, you appreciate the flavour and the kick but alone, it can be a bit too overpowering.
