THE MIND OF KOBE BRYANT - HARD WORK
Спорт
Great things come from hard work and perseverance. No excuses.🏆🐍
In this video Kobe Bryant explains how with hard work you can overcome the greatest obstacles. If you want to be great at something you have to work hard. You have to make inherent sacrifices to reach the goals that feel impossible. I hope you enjoy this tribute and the rest of the "MIND OF KOBE BRYANT" playlist.

Facts about my hero, Kobe Bryant. 1. He lives and breathes basketball. 2. His competitive drive is his most powerful skill. 3. Hate fuels his game. 4. He wanted to be the best, knew it was a stretch, became LARGER than just being the "best". He became an icon, an inspiration, a legend. 5. He proved that having a mindset where you always try to be better than who you were yesterday will ALWAYS lead to success no matter the obstacle. Thank you for everything, Kobe (Thanks for this video appreciate it)

I’m telling you! All these people who said Penny would’ve given Kobe fits. First, Kobe was pissed because Penny Hardaway didn’t want to take a picture with him when Kobe was in high school. Secondly, Kobe’s work ethic would push him over the top. Not saying Penny didn’t have a work ethic, but I honestly believe Kobe even out worked Jordan. Ask OJ Mayo about Kobe’s work ethic. 😂

This mindset motivates so much beyond basketball. It has motivated my life and career. I won't always be the most talented but I will work the hardest. That's what I control.
I was blessed to witness Kobe's career from start to finish, a one in a million
These really shaped me into a warrior. I can’t think this man enough. RIP
It's interesting to me that such a high-level athlete was so bad among his peers at an early age. We hear about good genetics as a big factor in muscle building and athletics. I think what we see in Kobe is that one of the best became that way with mental toughness over physical toughness.
Hard work fixes almost everything

I can see 1on 1 player development with players who who apply themselves the way he did. Being a general manager might be hard for someone like kobe cz it's hard to get a group if people to work as hard as you want them to to meet the goals. The philosophy is very simple...work hard and practice 2 to 3 hours every day and you will be great...no shortcuts. But how many people can actually do that. This is true in life in general weather its loosing weight... learning a new language or skill etc easier said than done except for those who have trained their minds

Most of them, maybe all of them would have understood. I watched this video and knew for sure that I had to make the workout. Thank you Kobe.
This is exactly why he is my favorite player these type of videos make me wanna work hard as I can
This is why i love Kobe he has an insane work ethic and it paid off that’s why i look up to him. He’s very wise beyond his years even as a kid or teenager he was aware of what to do to be an All TIME GREAT.
That why kobe 5x🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 he put work in respect kobe he legend #MambaMentality
"if you play everyday 2 to 3 hours for the course of a year how much better are you getting most kids will only play 1 hour and 1/2 2 days a week.Then it's simple math, so if you train like that for a year then your making a quantum leap"
“It’s unfortunate because it’s like, yo, when people die, that’s when we like ’em, you know? ‘Cause your remorse kinda makes you check ’em out.” XXXTENTACION
In honour of Kobe, I will hold myself accountable for my goals and work as hard as I can every day until I achieve my goals. No short cuts. No rest until the end. I promise.
I really don't know what it was, but when he died, I felt like NOT fulfilling my own personal goals would be like a smack in the face for Kobe. It's motivated me so much and I'm glad to say that I have achieved some of my own goals. RIP Mamba #MambaMentality

I am going to use Kobe Bryant's mentality to become a badass. Hard but I am harder than it.
The most frustrating thing is not being at all talented at the thing or sport you love. You give it everything, sacrifice all your other passions, you push away people, but you fall short. Your shots, footwork, free throws, and ever aspect of your game are great but you are 5'9. You don't ever give up but even you're peak is bellow the standard. Coaches don't even see you're abilities because of how you look. No one knows how hard you try. No one understands you're passion. The only thing we have is that love for what we do. Even if the goal is impossible if we enjoy shooting for it then no time was wasted.

"you can't short change yourself. Your literally this far away from the line. Why would you not go that extra to touch the line. Because if I let him get away with that all of a sudden he starts maybe to cheat something over here or not give his best over here or over here. Then as years go on he is not going to reach his full potential because he has been taking these little shortcuts that just add up,add up,add up ,add up, and you can't let that happen. Our job as teachers,mentors, inspirers is to hold them accountable to those things"
@mohamedjamal3222
4 жыл бұрын
That right there inspired me because I know a lot of parents and teachers who let kids now days cheat and short themselves and it becomes a conditioning habit that will sell them short later in life. What a wisdom and life lessons from one of the greats. Kobe Bryant-#egends never die-#Mamba mentality.
I’m not a big Kobe fan but I respect the hell out of his work ethics. I love his b-ball skills, and it’s not a coincidence why he became as great. That story with him having that kid run suicides for missing the final length was invaluable. Too many parents are/were too soft on their kids and hence we end up with the entitled society that currently exist.
@vergilmontiero2558

I believe that having this kind of mindset and the determination to outwork anyone in your chosen space will create good things in your life. You put a person with a mindset like Kobes in any situation they will rise. If Kobe had chosen to be a baseball player as an example or something else he would've still been great because his obsession to master that one thing made him great. Thats one of the greatest lessons he left us before he passed.
