Thank you David , I’ll need this next Tuesday, invaluable. This should be taught in medical school.
Thank you for sharing this❤ Starting radiation and chemo this week and your video helps
Useful suggestions, easy to listen to, nice guy. I hope you are well. My cancer was caught pretty early, so the chemo and radiation were worse then the disease at the point of treatment.

How are you now? I am in a similar position. Breast cancer caught early and successfully surgically removed. Now I have the healing treatment process of of months of chemo, weeks of radiotherapy, and years of hormonal medicine. I am curious. I am optimistic. 💚

@@marionashley1200 how are you my daughter also has eye cancer did yours come back?
If I don't meditate in the morning, I find I get down more often during the day. I don't do as much and I may whine a bit more. Even though I may not feel like meditating or I think I don't need it, I still try to everyday.
This was 7 years ago. Is he still alive? I wonder how he’s doing?
Thank you! Going through my first chemo cycle now and the night 4 felt really smothering physically and mentally. I'll start meditating today on day 5. I've heard that on average, after day 5 or even during it, things might start to clear up a bit in terms of the initial toxicity side effects.
Very good advice. Thank you.
Really excellent advice. Many thanks.
