I would add some tie down points in the floor for future use and a tool box on the tong ,you could add some angle or strapping to the tong and lay the spare flat on it and bolt it

Real good job you did minimal money spent to have a good trailer. Ive checked out the value for new $1,200, due to inflation everything has gotten outrageous. Keep up the good work. 👍🏼👍🏼

There is a funny thing about Tyre Sizes; They are measured in millimetres, inches and a ratio. 205(mm)/75(%)R15 have a smaller diameter (689mm/27.13") than 235/75R15 tyres (734mm/28.94"). This will give you (about) one extra inch of ride height and give you (about) one less inch of clearance to the fender/mudguard). It will (obviously) also affect the width of the wheel in the guard, but also the unsprung weight.

Nice work so far…I would have painted the whole trailer black as it’s the cheapest spray paint currently.

Thanks. Guy definitely over budget on the paint. Lol. Just fill it with mulch and it did good.

i wouldve painted the wood floor and sides black as well plus it would last longer or use old engine oil mix a little diesel stain it thats nearly free

I like the build. My only suggestion would be to treat the wood to preserve it. I use a 50/50 mix of diesel and used motor oil in a cheap garden sprayer to coat all sides including the bottom.

Great job! We think a lot because when I redid my trailer I replaced all the wood painted the frame the same blue as your fenders and my fenders are black and white wheels.

If ya load it and the tires rub, move it to spring over. Seeing as it has perches on both sides, it was probably lowered at some point.
