There should be no doubt the Pentagon and private aerospace hold some of these answers, materials and possibly biological and I applaud Gary for trying to get to the bottom of it for us. Glad to see you are still free and you are surrounded by loving people and that the UK took a stand for you. @user-fs4xc5kc5n You can only get charged with Trespassing if it's posted, or if you're told to leave by the owner and you return... Whether it's property or on a web page. Considering he said that more than half of what he got into had no password. That's like having a fence around your yard with no signs posted and an open gate and someone drives through your gate and enters the property, it's totally legal until the owner asks them to leave, and if they don't leave immediately after being asked, that's when it becomes a crime.

A person of a country governed by law is guilty of a crime when proof is levied against them and through civil process, like court, and that it is concluded that the proof substancuates the claim that the crime did-indeed take place by the person accused of breaking the law: The United States has no such proof, as mentioned in this video, and were only able to request extradition after a law was passed stating no proof was required anymore which if done without proof, and without fair trial, would violate multiple articles of the UK's Human Rights Act including Article 5, Article 6, Article 7, Article 9 and Article 14, with even more Articles possibly triggered if conversed in court.

It's my personal opinion that because Gary had not stepped foot on U.S. soil and committed no crime in U.S. soil AND committed no crime against the country he resided in, there should have been no charges brought against him. None. That new law that doesn't require proof of a crime for extradition is a terrible infraction against every citizen of earth or anywhere else. Legitimate proof needs to be offered up. Period

I remember watching an interview by a British TV station with Gary McKinnon years ago and one of the things he said that I'll never forget and thought was really funny at the time was that as he was moving around on all those computers he gained access to was that he kept on bumping into other hackers on a regular basis. No one ever said anything to each other like ' Hey how's it going? Found anything good? " He never knew what countries all those other hackers were from. They just all very politely kept on doing whatever they were doing. So the title of this video could also be " The Man Who Got Caught Hacking The U.S. Government. "

Governments hire hackers to setup, catch, and sometimes scout for new recruits. He didn't hack far enough for them to think he was useful enough for them. Then they use guys like this as the fall person to scare off other hackers. But in this crazy world who the heck knows? Maybe they truly were that incompetent. NASA, "Our new user name is, Admin. Sadly since my country lost its mind by placing the biggest grifter, liar and cheat in the highest office in the land, I had to try and understand who really is in charge. What I found is the RepubliCons are in all the positions of power in our 16 three letter intelligence agencies (if I name them they will remove my comment, but I'm sure you know of which I speak), also all of our military and their separate divisions. This is a huge imbalance, because they are using the reactive or primal part of the brain instead of the thinking part. That is why they wanted Gary to fry because he humiliated them just saying something innocuous. It's a miracle his mom and Teresa May were able to stop the crazy. Julian on the other hand is sadly stuck unless the U.K. Supports him, and so far we don't see that happening.

Yeah, I also noticed that she skimmed over that critically important piece of information in this case. It wasn't just about hacking and "mocking" the U.S. government. The underlying reason why they wanted to extradite him is because of the information that his system's breach revealed, chiefly a list with names of purported "off-world officers" and the existence of a secret space program called Solar Warden, which according to his leak was being run by the U.S. Navy. Apparently, his "hack" included images with renderings of ships/craft that were being used by said officers. Is it real? Who knows. Unless the government comes clean with an official confirmation, it's just all speculation at this point. However, it's the only thing that really makes any sense in this whole case given the current state of affairs with the push for UAP/UFO disclosure in within the U.S. government. Why would they go to such extreme lengths at the time to prosecute and jail someone (decades in this case) for a crime so trivial as hacking? The skeptics will say that this was all just a case of an arrogant script kiddie looking for proof of aliens, and by proxy he inadvertently revealed that certain governmental organizations in the U.S. had zero security standards. They'll say that this was all just a big nothing burger. If that's true then why the full-court press from the highest levels of government to have Gary brought to the United States to face charges? Why push for an entirely new extradition treaty in order to get this one guy? The only logical conclusion is that empire of lies wasn't embarrassed about the hack and being mocked. They were embarrassed because he revealed an illegal, off-the-books, special access program that nobody at that time was supposed to know about.
