I started castor oil heated packs and here it is 2023 and I still have my gallbladder. Thank you Jesus. ❤🙏🕊

I fell and broke my wrist 6 months ago. It was a clean break and, thankfully, I didn't have to have surgery. However, even after 3 months of therapy, after getting out of casts and splints, my wrist and even fingers felt tight and uncomfortable every morning and somewhat during the day...depending on what I was doing. My surgeon had said that if i didn't get the range of motion I needed and things were tight, I'd have the option of surgery. 😖 I'm almost 67... I 'm not going to let that happen. I learned that scar tissue forming in my wrist and hand appeared to be the problem of my pain and/or discomfort. My neighbor is a medical massage therapist and she had suggested I try some castor oil on my sore knees right after my fall...So i got to thinking...and decided to start putting some on my hand at night. Last night was my first time....and i just woke up and i can make a fist, flex my hand and fingers for the FIRST TIME SINCE I BROKE MY WRIST! HALLELUJAH! God has made our bodies to heal themselves in so many ways!

I've written and re-written this post so many times trying to get it just right. I don't want to give anyone false hopes. According to the internet, about 10-12% of adults in North America suffer from IBS type symptoms. To say I'm one of them is the understatement of the century. Out of sheer despairation, I decided to do a laxative regularly. Not just a temporary fix when I was past hope of anything else working. Doctor after doctor has told me never take a laxative all the time because I will become dependent. I'M 71 years old! Who cares if I'm dependent when I never know if the next round is going to kill me! And how can I not say something when there is a chance this might help someone else as much as its helped me? First and foremost! Before we go any farther know this. Everything I have ever read or heard anywhere says if you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant or nursing THIS IS NOT FOR YOU! And you want a cold pressed, hexane free product; I ordered mine on line. Just the mention of taking castor oil and anyone familiar it will shudder. But if you are one of the people like myself who suffer from IBS, this could possibly be the same miracle for you that it has been for me. Not the 2 to 4 Tablespoons you are given on an empty stomach, to clean you out before surgery; that's a miserable gut punch for anyone. A tiny amount; 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, once a day with a full meal is a maintenance dose. Start small. Try 1/4 teaspoon for a couple of weeks and if necessary, slowly increase the dose. 1/2 teaspoon before supper every day has been my miracle and I am not exaggerating in the least. I guess my only excuse for not seeing its potential is it went under my radar, because my only experience with it was being dosed with it as a purgative as a child. I didn't realise it could be used in much smaller amounts with totally different results. Unless you have a very rare sensitivity to it there is no discomfort at all. Can it stop working for me tomorrow? Who knows. Will I gradually need larger doses or even smaller doses? Beats me. Here's the thing. It fixed my IBS type symptoms; not just helped or made the symptoms less severe, but fixed, 100%. Not cured; as far as I know there isn't a cure, but if I take 1/2 teaspoon a day before supper, I have found my miracle. I started slowly, being careful what I ate and then started adding trigger foods like bread back into my diet. At my age I don't have a lot of years to enjoy being gut pain free, but there are so many out there that are fighting the same battle I fought for decades that might be able to live their life without the misery I endured, if they will try this one simple thing.

I got rid of a cataract in each eye by putting a couple of drops of castor oil in my eyes at night. I had an eye exam that showed one in each eye. I started using castor oil in my eyes at night at bedtime, maybe three times a week. Two years later another eye exam; no cataracts. Two years after that test, another eye exam; no cataracts. My daughter went through 6 long months of podiatrist scraping and freezing her planters wart on the ball of her foot... And more baby warts started growing all around the 1 he was " treating"! I told him it wasn't working, so what was next?! He said she needed to have surgery and would be in a bit for 3 months afterwards! 😳... My father in law died, so we traveled for the funeral.. Missing the surgery appointment.... Aunt Juanita told me to just go get some caster oil and apply it liberally numerous times a day...I did...SO, by the time we left From the funeral... That way came to a head... And DROPPED OFF her foot! Never again had she had a problem!! I told the doctor, but he said it wasn't the caster oil, but it was " just time for it to go away"!... Why surgery appointment then?! Native American cure of the day🤗

This was due to a gunshot wound that damaged the shin, knee and associated muscles there about. I was literally up walking without crutches in two weeks time. Experienced less pain and soreness using repeat treatments from time to time as well. Was it mentioned that this oil's made from a plant that's name in English is the palm of Christ? The first hour I was feeling great, even had a calming effect and then after the first hour I quickly became nauseous. So I decided to look up what could be going wrong , found this video and she recommended starting slow, one hour at a time and even doing 3 to 4 times a week to avoid side effects. One name - EDGAR CAYCE!! I learned about castor oil from his readings. I was fortunate to have a mother who was way ahead of her time in so many ways (I'm 70 now). I learned about Cayce as a little girl from her. When I have a physical issue, I go to his readings. For instance, I have had the Herpes simplex virus since I was a little girl. I dealt with fever blisters on a regular basis, especially during the summer from being in the sun. Doctors wanted me to take an antiviral every day for the rest of my life (they did NOTHING, by the way). I went to Cayce's readings and found that viruses LOVE acidity. I tend to an acidic diet. So when I start to feel a blister (if you have them you know you feel them becoming active before you ever see them) I drink apple cider vinegar mixed with unsulfured black strap molasses in some water and they never get past the tingling stage! I use the same "potion" if I feel a cold or flu (virus) coming on and haven't had one in over 21 years

But one second of bad taste beats one-two weeks of being sick! Play with it - it's up to you. A little story - I went to Florida and felt like I was getting the flu. Bought my stuff and started drinking it. I still felt lousy. Drank it several times a day and STILL felt lousy. Went to a (not very good) doctor and she took one look at my tongue and said I had thrush and prescribed something. I didn't have thrush. My tongue was white because I was now very alkaline from my "potion". Left Florida and went back to SoCal and I was fine. Never did find out what was wrong, but it wasn't a virus. I think it was just because I HATE Florida. But just goes to show how powerful that combination is to bring your body alkaline. Plus, if you look it up, blackstrap molasses is LOADED with good things and we know about ACV. Good luck.

@@coralrose6506 Hi, I made castor oil poultice and healed 2 heel Spurs. I was told by the doc surgery was only option. Cut a cotton tshirt where you can get the longest strips. I started at low ankle and wrapped around my heel back up and tied the ends. Spread the hurt part (heel) in the oil, had to smear alot it doesn't soak up quickly at first. When it is soaked with oil Pat in tight. Put a bread bag over foot with toe holes cut in so it doesn't get all over sheets. Use same wrap every night! Just add a dab of oil where it hurts every night. Be faithful ! It works. Had Spurs 2 years, took a little over 2 months and I realized I wasn't limping anymore. Every night! Got it from Barbara O'Neil on you tube.

That used to happen to me as well. I gave up plant foods and it went away completely. Every time I add back in veggies it comes back. Crazy I know. My diet was super clean for years. No processed food. No junk. But I was desperate so I went to a carnivore diet (with raw milk, because I always did well with that). Now I eat meat and drink raw milk and it is completely gone. I had it for years. It was getting so bad that when I woke in the morning I would have to soak my eyes with a hot rag to get it off. It was literally like glue with all sorts of gross crusty stuff all over my eyes. And my eyes used to swell. I would wake up in the morning and my eyes would be so swollen I was unrecognizable. I have been doing some castor oil packs and am curious if this will allow me to add back in some vegetables. I guess we shall see. I hope so!

I have had a complete hysterectomy (nothing left) and my gallbladder removed due to cancer almost 2 years ago, hypothyroidism from birth. I just started using the oil pack last week just for 45 minutes or so in the evening over my belly and I have noticed deep sleep on those nights and the comfort of the whole routine is worth it just for that. I have a huge scar from the surgeries that I look forward to seeing what the Castor oil can help with.

For the planter fasciitis tho I suffered for over a year. Could hardly walk. Then I heard to do pressure points on the inside of the feet around the lower half of that ankle bone! It works instantly. But do every day for week -healed. Use a wooden spoon handle that’s not sharp. Put firm pressure next to the bone and hold for 3-5 seconds then move to another spot around that bone. Keep moving n pressing😊❤️ also soak feet in ebsom salts😊

Swiss and other central european cultures have had this knowledge for centuries. I have a few good text books on the topic here at home, and have always had a lot of help from Castor oil packs for whatever the discomfort is. Amazing stuff. One book that covers it is Dr Vogel's Health Book, can still be found in secondhand bookshops, opshops or antiquarian booksellers. It is mentioned a few times in the autobiography of Mahatma Ghandi (he was a great one for vegetarianism, fruit diets and so on). Everyone knows he lived a long and effective life (leading the sucessful movement for liberation from British rule)and fighting for the rights of indentured labourers for many years.

Really helped with my veins and broken capillaries that worsened after an ankle surgury. I can't get over all it's uses.

Thanks for this video. I have a question about scar tissue. In 2006 I had breast surgery and I was wondering could I use castor oil on the scars under my breast?

Thank you for watching. Yes, you can use it on healed scar tissue. If you massage it in regularly, it can help soften the tissue and help with the adhesions that might have formed. Just give it some time and do it regularly.
