In the comic Donnie almost died. He had his shell severely cracked. So the metal is the repair job.

There's also the black and white (grey) versions

Way better looking then the battle ready versions. Walmart has them but the job on the heads are lacking.

My battle ready. Figures compared to my regular figures are much better. The battle ready. I have are San Diego, Comic Con exclusives. And the paint and everything is far superior the Walmart versions have a very generic cheap paint.

They look kind a cheap in hand, but they are very good addition for any tmnt collection

There's also two other versions. Black & white (w/ coloured masks) in a SDCC 4-pack box set, & individually w/ matching coloured motorcycles in boxes. Ralp also has a chromed gold bike con edition.

The sticker seems to be random, I got 2 bright stickers and 2 silver stickers with my turtles.

Looks like a fair amount of quality control issues. Raphael's leg, Mikey's teeth, Donnie's mask, couple paint spots on the hands, etc. I'm interested in these but nobody has them. Not sure I want to keep them so I'd rather find them in person.

Raph's mouth/teeth paint look kind of rough on mine. My leg's not loose though. My ankles are stuck though.

***Spoilers*** That thing Donnie comes with is an anti gravity gun that his friend Harold builds. And Bebop and Rocksteady beat Donnie nearly to death. It messes up his shell and in order to save his life his consciousness is downloaded into Metalhead. Then Harold, Fugitoid, and Leatherhead heal Donnie and build him a new shell.

Why are the BST AXT sticker different colors, I have 2 Raphaels but 9ne sticker is black and white and the other sticker is rainbow

Not a clue but I think they were random.

Do not put nail varnish. It can eat up the plastic. Use super glue instead. It is safer and will last longer.

Nail varnish actually worked! But will try another figure with glue and try that to compare.

I feel like super glue would work too well, you’re going from it being too loose to absolutely no articulation at all

@FLYGUY how did you say you’d solve the loose leg issue. I think I’m gonna go for them and wanna be prepared. I’m about to get into the IDW comics and these will be a great addition, I think they look great

A nail varnish like clear glue which applied enough friction. Took several coats but worked fine.
