Thanks for doing this, Brother Lipz. Great to live vicariously through you, I’ve limited myself to NECA Mirage and Last Ronin figs going forward. Had some BST AXN Street Style bois who were super fun but sold them to make room for the NECA crack.

Yeah - joints not braking up the sculpt is something they need to improve on a lot (thigh, elbows, knees).

Yeah those knees look crazy! I'd like to see a totally different setup for the head and neck, but they really do articulate pretty well. Leo and Raph especially. Much better feel than their original turtles, all around. Thanks for being here! 🤙

Thanks for the size comparisons. Been wanting the Neca bebop and rocksteady to go with these but wasn’t sure now I know it will work

Those details do look awesome. Mikey’s face looks like Chucky when you threaten to throw him in the fire. 🔥 Seeing them along side the original BSTAX releases has peaked my interest. I had written this brand off, but I think I might have to get a newer one in my hands. Seems like they still some design flaws, but hopefully they will overcome the shortfalls. This made me want to dive into the IDW comics. “You breath too hard” 😆 Preach!! Those Mikey-Chucks will probably hold up better than the OG Vintage Chucks!!!

Yeah a bunch of their stuff still looks like ass, but these turtles are pretty legit. They have that same Raph on a bike. I wish I snagged that one. Find that one! I guess they needed real money from a bunch of re-releases of those same awful ones. 😆 And I've got a bunch of the mirage stuff, but I've never gone deep on the IDW. I want to get more into that, too. 🤙

Donnie and Mike's shoulder joints are mad tight/impossible, but they all butterfly back and forth like freakin' ninja. They've all got fully functional bicep and thigh cuts as well as double jointed knees and elbows that all come together to give you some really great dynamic posing options that actually nail the look of the source material. From these guys. Who knew? Craziest thing is probably the way the bent knees look... Watch the video! Pick one up! Heck, you can get the Raphael packed with a motorcycle!

They are sculpted and painted pretty darn well, tho. Respect.

Like the variations but the colours being different shades of green just doesnt seem to work...for me! They do look good though and I like the accessories.

Yeah the knees and elbows do look crazy. For sure someone will give us a better version at some point. But I was just tripping the other day that I have them on the shelf representing for the modern comic turtles, right next to the classic Mirage and newer, beefier versions from NECA. Def like them more than I thought I would. Thanks for being here! 🤙

@@toylips i wanted them to stand next to my other TMNT as well just for display comparison with the different generations of TMNT. If I come across them again I might just go for it, I like the sculpted details on the skin and everything. I could put a light color wash, and then make some knee pads and elbow pads. Your video was insightful, helped me with my indecisiveness lol. Cheers bro!

These are cool I got the older ones why not peg holes? How am I supposed to get them in cool poses? Ugh aftermarket flight stands idk. Seems so strange the only figures I have with not peg holes. Odd

Right? What fresh hell? Are they brand new? Have you seen the Elevate figure stands? It's a different system where the foot slides into a thing. The space is a little small so a lot of stuff doesn't work, but like Marvel Legends and even those original BST Turtles fit right in. They are a little spendy, but it's a small company. Thanks for checking out the video! 🤙

My Rapaels right leg is loose, how can I fix it?

Dang that sucks. Where at? If it seems loose on the ball going into the torso, you can try heating it up and taking it apart. And then you would dab something like a little bit of super glue on the ball that the leg pops onto. Add a little bit at a time and let it dry. You're just trying to make the ball a little bigger. So it's tighter.

I got a Leonardo and it’s leg got loose for some reason
