Maybe it’s my age but I think the 80’s produced some of the most iconic movies. Watching these videos of those movies makes me feel old. How time flies.

I'm an 80s kid n I miss the music, movies and how we got dresses up to go out. Actual face to face communication etc. I know it's my age. 56 here

I 💯 agree!! Hollywood has lost all it's ability to make movies unless it's a stupid comic book movie or remake. Don't ruin original classics.
This is still one of the best vampire movies ever made. Its got everything you could want in it.

I saw this at the theater at least 10 times so I must say no to a remake! Greatness only comes once!

After seeing the lyrics I always wondered if Star was David's sister.
I don't recall Lucy getting turned into a vampire, but looking at her, (Dianne Weist), then and now photos, I have to imagine that she is immortal.. She still looks INCREDIBLE!

OH NO HONEY, no remake desired, nor required here. This is one the best vampires movies ever filmed. Hot soundtrack, hot cast, everything was flawless. My God, the 80's nostalgia you get while watching this!! #TeamMarko😘
Love this masterpiece I have it on a DVD RIP 🙏 to all the actors who have passed on they say you learn something new everyday and I just learned that Jason Patrick's grandfather was the great Jackie Gleason I hope they don't make a remake it could NEVER do it justice

This movie does not need a remake. It was about as perfect as an 80s movie could get.
Leave this master piece alone! I haven't yet seen a remake that beats the original movie yet. The Lost Boy's was so well casted, written, shot and even the sound track was brilliant you will never be able to recreate the same feel of the movie.

I think it could be good. If it is done in the same spirit as the first one. Scary but funny at the same time. And updating it to include how we live our lives now, as opposed to the 80s. I think it could work.

One of the best vampire movies of all time, the best generation, and the best cast for sure.

Leave this movie alone. It's fine and doesn't need rebooted. It's one of my favorite movies and Jack Bauer is the reason I like vampires. And Billy is still one fine man.

A remake of "The Lost Boys" may be interesting, but NO REMAKE would be half as successful as this one. This is also a peice of nostalgia that WE want to hold onto. No remake.

@@michellelee4271 Given the fact that most of Hollywood is woke and care more about identity politics than they do in quality stories, the odds are a remake would suck ass. One of the main reasons Lost Boys is so good is because it's from another era that is so foreign today. Also, David died.

No way should there be a remake of this movie! You can’t replace the magic this cast had filming this movie! It’s my all time favorite!!
You know some movies you just have to leave alone, this movie would be one of them. A very entertaining movie it is and everyone did such a great job and were well suited for their parts.
I LOVED THE LOST BOYS 😍 You don’t see movies like this anymore. If I can only turn back the clock of time and enjoy these movies 🍿 I wish I was back in the 80s

No remake! This movie is already perfect!
The dining room scene was hilarious. "Somebody has bad breath!" And they all look at Ed Herman. Then the spilled water, lights go out, etc.

I love this film as I was in my early 20's when it came out. Use to party while watching it. I say NO to a remake.
One of my favorites. I never got bored of it. Watched it over and over again. I had an amazing crush on Corey Haim. I even wrote him a letter hoping that he would write back. Sadly he passed away.

Some things should never be remade and this is one of those things !!!!! Perfect as it is and still a great movie and soundtrack to this day. Made me want to be a Vampire 🧛♂️
The Lost boys, The Breakfast Club, The Goonies. Sixteen Candles, and many others was my favorites in and throughout the 80's. I'm 49 now. I was 10 years old and on in the 80's. 8 lived watching all these movies. One eyed Willie and the pirates in the Goonies. Got me into pirate movies. Mark Riley

Oh yeah, they'll remake it, since they have no new ideas in Hollywood. They remake everything hoping to make a quick buck on an already good idea. But.....as they always do with remakes, they'll completely RUIN it, and any good memories we have. LEAVE IT ALONE!

I saw Lost Boys at the cinema and have enjoyed introducing my kids to classics like this.
I don't believe any movie remake will make this one better, it is known as one of the best for its characters, soundtrack, setting and location as well as the make-up and props for the time, they did a great job by not over doing it. I would leave this one alone , it is still to this day one of the best ever made.

Kiefer has to be one of the top 5 best vampires....he just had that look.
There is absolutely NO NEED to remake it. Filmmakers nowadays are messing with original perfection as they already did way before starting with Psycho (1960) then from the 1970s and 80s to 1990. So don't destroy this one, The Lost Boys either.
