    @@zakistodrino1129 what do you mean by that? God( Father in this case) said to follow Jesus and receive eternal life(John 3:16), the Father says in Hebrews 1:8 that Jesus is God and ruler even over the angels(Hebrews 1:1-7). It’s clear that in 2 Corinthians 4:4 and Colossians 1:15 that Jesus is the image of God, it’s clear that in Philippians 2:5-7 that Jesus came as a servant but knew He was God, it’s clear that in Jesus human form, His purpose was to preach the kingdom as God being the King, but guess what, in Revelation 19:16 Jesus is the King of kings and Lord of lords. The reason Jesus prayed was to keep in contact with His Father, like usual. Prayer is communication to God. So Jesus is not only King, but He is God and gives eternal life. It is written that if you deny the Son you don’t have the Father, so no, you should worship Jesus because that’s what Scripture says.

    While I'm glad that you were searching for His words, I must point out that His Hebrew name is Yeshua, which means that His name in Arabic would be Yasua, not Isa. Isa is the Arabic equivalent of the Hebrew Esau, the twin brother of Jacob, who was hated by God. I would be interested to know why Allah and Muhammad chose to call Him by the wrong name, especially given that He is supposed to be a prophet of Allah.

    @engmed4400

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@ARM4170 That's an easy one to answer. How we got "Jesus" out of Yeshua begins with the Greek. Yeshua was transliterated into the Greek rather than translated. To transliterate means to take a word in one language and use the alphabet of another language to approximate its sound. In English we do this with the word "amen", which is the anglicized pronunciation of the Hebrew word amein. The Greek transliteration of Yeshua is Iesous (ee-YAY-soos). The pronunciation remained essentially the same when the move was made from Greek to Latin, but the spelling became Iesus, which then became Jesus a few centuries later when the letter J was invented.

    Michael Farah There is no Chaldean Neo-Aramaic... It's Assyrian Neo Aramaic. The Assyrian Empire spread Aramaic aftern conquering the Arameans and adopting the Aramaic tongue. It then became Neo-Aramaic bc the Assyrians mixed it with Akkadian. The Chaldeans had no influence in this language. The current Chaldean church is fake name given to them by the Pope of Rome in the 15th Century

If you were from the Chaldees you were Chaldean, and although both Chaldeans and Assyrians are the indigenous people of parts of the Middle East, the dialects, groups, and even parts of the cultures are different. And if he met Peter and James and was speaking with them on doctrinal matters, *_they knew what Paul was teaching and still did not correct him. They AGREED with him._* Assuming you're Muslim, let's assuming Islam is true for a moment. If such is the case, you shouldn't be blaming Paul, you should be blaming "Allah", who failed to preserve the message of "Isa" within even one generation of his ministry, thus deceiving his followers and making them create the biggest "heresy" in the world.

    Like many languages including Arabic and Chinese, you have to have a keen ear to decipher the break in word delivery. That is why languages like these are hard to learn because so many words sound alike. It takes a regular exposure to the language to grasp it...unlike unlike German\, Dutch, or Spanish (When used in a conversational normal slow speed) were the words and sounds are distinct and precise in the way it is enunciated.
