The London System in action by the London GOD and FFL Gata Kamsky

When thinking of London System heroes, not many come close to Gata Kamsky in the world.
Kamsky was one of the main proponents of the London System before its recent boom which was partly caused by some success that Magnus Carlsen had with the opening in faster-paced games.
Enjoy this crushing win by Gata Kamsky played against Alexey Goganov at the Aeroflot Open in 2016.

Great lecture on a system I've been playing for almost 20 years sir! I play The London with white if I'm deviated, Benoni, & The Czech Pirc with black!

That exchange sacrifice at 6:35 was not at all obvious. I"m trying to think of how I could spot such moves in the future. If you ask yourself how to exploit the advanced pawn then the eventual move Bd6 might come to mind...

Thanks for showing this cool attack. Thanks! Could you take a look of recent Eric Rosen’s anti London? In that game white gets into big troubles over not developing the white bishop (5.Bd3) which you also discussed about.

I will probably address it in one of my next vids from European Club Cup where I faced a similar line.

Great game. I don’t get all this hate over the London. I don’t usually play it myself, but I certainly don’t mind facing it as black. Just gotta be careful as black like in any other opening.

Ne3 unpinning is the second move in as many of your videos that is so grandmasterly that I would never have found it. I wonder if there are any books or video series just on moves like that by creative thinkers.

I think "Invisible Chess Moves" by Afek could be something you might be looking for. First of all just a nice collection of chess beauty but also its categories the types of moves we tend to miss.
