Roger is one of those rare guys with talent that rivaled the Beatles, but didn't sound like he was ripping them off. A great talent.

I went to a Supertramp mini gig at Hull University in the mid 70s.Great memorizes of such a great group.
It's bloody logical that Ringo Starr would employ the worthy musical talent of Rodger hodgson.I can't wait to see this show in Australia

We saw Ringo for only 5 seconds, but his female mate played the drums decent too. Of course Roger was excellent again by his unique voice and charism.
Wow, good one, to see Greg Lake and Rodger on the same stage must have been incredible.

I am not much into live performances as I prefer studio recordings but this song was excellent. Roger sounds in top form and the backing band is great to say the least. Roger Hodgson, the heart of Supertramp. After he left, the band was not the same. So many great songs by Roger, thanks for posting!

With Supertramp, ELP, Yes, you could hardly tell the difference between live and studio except the background cheering and clapping. So sad seeing Greg Lake there as he and Keith Emerson are both gone now :(
Yes, indeed! and that's because both groups, Supertramp and Yes are supergroups with true musicians. Besides, Jon Anderson and Rodger Hodgson have similar vocal styles. So you got it right.

My mother liked two rock songs in particular.....one was "Hey, Jude"; the other was "Logical Song" (she really identified with the latter).....

Nothinglikevinyl and Jojopomme OMFG ridicules comments! What do you know about drums? You properly used some cans in kindergarden as drums and now you are like Drum experts! Sheila E has played drums with some of the best musicians in the world because she rocks and this versions of the logical song ROCK SO GOOD!!!!

Yes, she actually almost (almost, yes, let's not exagerate) spoils the song. Drums are too percussive and invasive here.
