What does that have to do with anything? You are aware that tigers are lone hunters, aren't you? It's in their DNA to avoid confrontations that could lead to injuries which then would affect their hunting. While lions don't give a f*** pretty much, why, because they are in the pride and can afford to get injured. The pride would be there to protect and provide food, so there is no reason not to be more aggressive when it's feeding time.

Lions don't have to worry about injuries when fighting oven food since they have the Pride to back them up and provide food if they get injured.
