This is a great break up of how LZJ does it. And thank you so much for doing it. Even though we might attempt it once in every 10 matches. It's just a great thing to know how to do it whenever possible. Another shot we know how to do. Thanks to you guys. 🤩🤩💕💕

If someone had a choice between normal low serve and spin serve (both go over net at same height and land in the same area), should they always spin serve? Or are there reasons to choose to low serve normally instead of spin serve?

When I do this shot, the power is usually weak compares to when I do the normal backhand smash. Do you have suggestions?

LZJ has a crazy backhand smash ... it is almost impossible to react even if you are aware of that shot ....
Salam from Malaysia 🇲🇾
hi guys can u make a video on how to play with a proper posture... when i play my body is always curved
Hi Both - hope you are well. I have a quick question, the rackets that professional players use, seems to be able to absorb higher string tension while the rackets that are available in the market has a maximum lbs much lower, do the professionals get a customized racket which allows them to have lbs of 30+?
@JRP3
Жыл бұрын
Top rackets on the market cant take 30+
I am an advance ATTACKING player looking for an attacking racket, can you please tell me a good racket. My choices are Yonex Nanoflare 555, Yonex arc saver 11 pro, Yonex Astrox 88s Pro, Victor Thruster K RYUGA II, and Victor Thruster K 9000B. If you have a better racket suggestion in your mind then please tell me
Massage recovery tutorial video after match please..
Its super hard. Jumping, backhand and strong wrist. I think most people who played against Zhe Jia got amazed with the smash and delayed few mili sec before they realised "hey, stop feeling amazed. i need to return the smash".

does having a fake string affect your racket??

Haha, have fun practicing it!
To read his cross shot the opponent needs to look at the feet movement, the odd jump gives it away and since the stroke have restriction hitting only straight the obvious anticipation needs to be a dive.. LZJ knows his opponents wont think of this with the short amount of time they have.
Yes in All england SF LZJ V lakshya sen also back hand smash with 372 KPH

Try using your wrist to “snap” over the shuttle more, so your strings are more angled downwards as your strike the shuttle rather than flat

I think if Taufik was still playing he would absolutely nail it with ease :>>
Did this on my doubles partner, she now won't talk to me 😅
LZJ is so strong and talented, but he always loses. I wish he'll be world champion
You do realise that Lee ZJ has been doing this since he was 12. To believe that one can "perfect" this by following a few simple steps is naive.
You need to be tall enough to execute this shot if not it will always land on the net.
No offense, to all of you LZJ fans around the world. LZJ is a world class player, no doubt. But, if we're talking about so-called Backhand Smash, well... Taufik Hidayat is the proper primary answer here. Speaking about backhand, TH be able to kill his opponents using: 1. Rear court backhand drive (in a super late pace condition), while other good players will do backhand clear or drop. 2. Good players will do the Ballerina Backhand Smash from mid court (including LZJ, Kevin Sanjaya, etc). Taufik Hidayat? From rear/back court! 3. His deception/deceptive cross court backhand drive. 4. His other deception is the deceptive backhand shot from his forehand side, and making his gesture forehand motion (but doing the backhand in the next second). So, KING OF BACKHAND = TAUFIK HIDAYAT.
I need to see Jenny perform this smash to believe it's possible for a normal human ! 😃
