He has the skill, he has the strength, he has the height, he has everything to become a legend like Axelsen, but he lacks the mentality, he is always under huge pressure from Malaysian fans when he under performs in tournaments, he is getting more negative comments than positives ones. Hopefully he pulls through and proves to everyone that he has what it takes.

Pity him. I cant imagine to be in his shoes. Hes such a strong man indeed. A victim of Malaysia media. Media kept published article with misleading headlines about him whether he wins or loss especially when he lost. He never give any statement but the medias kept publish article about him. At the point, the journalist put his thought in his article condemning him like really having a beef. Such unprofessional journalist. But what is the worst? The media slanders his sister saying that his sister asked to stop the interview but the truth is the iv was stop by the asian games staff due to time limit. The media really did him dirty. THIS BOY JUST WANT TO PLAY BADMINTON. Most of his coach said that he never late in training, never skip training, high discipline, give 110% in training. Then theres netizen keep saying hes problematic?? I just dont get it. Just do your best Lee Zii Jia and keep believe in yourself!! 🇲🇾

Lee Zii Jia is always a scary presence when he is on top of his game. The only thing that hinder him is himself and Malaysia's media. Oh and you could actually tell the big difference in his game when he was struggling and when he is confident which always present us with a good match with his showmanship.

I believe in 2024 he will be more consistent because now we can see that he is starting to progress. it's better if he's struggling now but at the 2024 paris olympics he can win a gold medal. who knows?right. he doesn't make many mistakes now, and even if he loses there is a certain reason such as tiredness because he entered the final twice. that's a positive thing for lzj, if he is more consistent and takes care of his health he will shine. for two years he struggled so there must be a reason. it's time for a comeback!

No matter how hard the haters try to diminish his existence in the world of badminton, Lee Zii Jia keeps shining and making his own marks. He is the most interesting player to many Badminton fans who always look forward to seeing him in every tournament. Just look at the reactions he receives when he does smashes, backhand smashes, cross-court smashes, and not to mention his quick reflex and amazing defense when taking every difficult shot. While he may not have won as many tournaments as DLCW, his journey has certainly inspired many.

But what a reason to hate him 😂 Y'all are pathetic. He make the matches more entertaining with his antic. The views when his match where always higher than the other match. Don't be a salty. That's like saying many drivers can take a corner can do braking etc but not saying the badminton players are performing at F1 level - the difference is the speed. Try smashing or retrieving a smash at 100 kmh and then do the same at 409 kmh. To achieve and react at those speeds your body and mind have to be at peak physical condition stroke after stroke, rally after rally for an hour then extend that to match after match in a tournament.

@@musicartist1 I watch more badminton super series than you for sure, I don't hate LZJ, I mean that LZJ is overrated player. Since the best achievement England open 2021 Gold medal, he has 2 Gold medal for Thai Lan open and Arctic open, both are super 500?. And people compare him with Viktor, the successor of LCW??? It's ridiculous.
