Wow this is very interesting but what is the difference between government land and private land I really what to know

I want to sell a family land

And if our colonial masters owned and left the land ,how did the land again landed in the hands of very few selfish individuals? Those lands were supposed to be repatriated back to the government of Kenya. Otherwise its evil to own a land equivalent to Rwanda country while your voters own 40X50ft plots

That's a fair question, but one that can only be answered with facts in hand. Regarding those who duly bought or purchased the Rwanda sized pieces of land, the smaller holders must hold their peace, even if they only sit on 40×50 plots as you put it.
