Grand Acres by Goshen Acquisitions
Grand Acres by Goshen Acquisitions
Grand Acres by Goshen Acquisitions is a Kenyan real estate investment and trading company registered in February of 2012. It has since endeavoured to make savvy and strategic investments in pre-developed raw land, in specific areas or regions of Kenya that are slated to experience some development of either the private or public kind. This pioneering approach has enabled Goshen Acquisitions to provide its customers with consistent realisation of robust, short and medium-term capital and equity gains created by the up-surge in property values driven by increased demand for property around these areas as a result of new development.

Really hoping that there is going to be some accountability to where these funds end up. We recently saw about money from E-citizen not being accounted for.

If the lease expires and renewal or extension is denied, does the government compensate the owner?
Great video as always!

I really look forward to owning land with grand acres. I might have missed it but could you please mention what amenities the elementaita land has?
Thank you for watching, Brian. Below are the amenities that we will have at Rustling Dawn: 1. Security Perimeter Fencing. 2. Internal access road made of cobblestone. 3. Waste water management through Sequential Batch Reactor Units. 4. Our signature Beacons. 5. Water from Gilgil sub-county. 6. Power is already available at the site.
I've been seeing you guys speak about that Elementaita property for a while now. Interesting to know that you guys acquired it that long ago.

Thank you Caro. Our beacons are 7-foot tall and steel-reinforced. We ensure that you easily locate your lots boundaries.
Hiyo place inakaa pos sana. I can imagine how great it looks time mtu anaweza ona Mt. Kilimanjaro.
The views are breathtaking!
Okay, can we talk about that beacon 🤯. I have never seen such big beacons. Why are these important Grand Acres?
I know! Thought I was the only one shocked by how big it is!
Thank you for your kind compliment, Claire. We invest in these beacons because we want to ensure that our customers do not struggle to find their property even when they are not able to visit the property for a long time.

Finally a video answering some questions, and i wonder how people keep buying land that has been subdivided without requesting for the RIM
Thank you for watching, @anzhikhussein8962!
Thanks for the info. I have a title deed which was registered under my name at the age of 7. It has been under my late dads account in a bank. Some siblings are trying to have it nullified. Is that legal?
Yes, their nullification attempt is legal because by law, a minor can not be registered as a property owner. A national ID and Pin Certificate are required for property ownership registration, which, in your case, should not have been possible at 7 years of age. This is effectively an unprocedural registration, which can be challenged and nullified. For best counsel on your options going forward, kindly engage a licensed advocate to assist you.
Is it possible to get the certified copies of the presentation book entries
Hello, @anzhikhussein8962 ! Kindly clarify your question. Which presentation book entries?
@@GrandAcresLTD the PB numbers e.g the entry numbers at the top of the transfers with a year of entry, this is also on subdivision. Anywway I found more about that, I don't know whether the deputy registrar was fooling me?. ....he said we can't be given the extract of the Presentation book or land control minutes, unless we had a court order requiring the same. He even said the DCI can not access these sensitive documents
Can the Kenyan wife of an American purchase free hold land and have his nane on it?
Hello. Thank you for your question. The property will have to be converted to leasehold for both of them to take ownership. Freehold land can only be owned by Kenyan citizens.
Thank you for the "pin drop"
Thank you for watching, Andrew!
Thats right
Thank you for watching!
