The Last Fight Bob Junior Gave before Death...

From Namiri Plains, around 2013 and 2014 at Barafu Kopjes area Eastern Serengeti Tanzania, there was a coalition of 2 Males with very dark manes and a few dred locks, and Tour Guides who saw them first, called them Bob Marley & Ziggy Marley, this was according to a resemblance they had to those musicians with their dred locks. These males over the years disappeared and we assumed they were killed in the battle for a territory take over.
Then in Namiri Plains, they appeared 6 Strong males around 2015 and 2016, sometimes were seen 4 sometimes 6, some people called them 4 killers some other called them 6 killers. They had dark manes, which couldn't stand up but laid back, so people (including me then assumed Bob Junior was among these guys) which was not the case, these were completely different males! They also vanished and didn't really dominate the Namiri Plains that much.
Bob Junior is believed to be born in 2011 in Eastern Serengeti, possibly the areas Bob and Ziggy Marley dominated, and he appeared in Namiri Plains around 2017 and when it was his time to rule he started by taking over the Barafu Kopjes Pride, due to his confidence and fearlessness, he also took over 3 Zebra Kopjes Pride Females and then after, Sametu Kopjes Pride, then over the years he took over and settled more in Sametu Kopjes Pride (Well known to guides as Research Kopjes) because the area had sustainable food and water supplies also cover in the kopjes. And he had dominated that area until his death on March 11th 2023.
I believed that Bob Junior was a Son of Bob and Ziggy Marley, this was due to their resemblances he had to those Males this may be true but there's also no proof if he was, or whatsoever!
Some Guides including Guides from Namiri Camp believe that BJ May had come from Ngorongoro Crater because of his Genetics, he was strong, short, stubby, muscular, not shy, and with a huge dark mane which most Ngorongoro Crater Lions look like that, BUT, no body really knows where BJ came from, either was born from Bob and Ziggy Marley or came from Ngorongoro Crater, it is still a mystery, all we knew is he came to Namiri Plains and conquered them.
After a few years in Bob Junior's Kingdom then appeared a Male around 2019, We believed he was from either Seronera or Gol Kopjes according to his looks, we also believed that once BJ swa him he was gonna be killed by BJ since BJ was a strong leader and a fighter, but perhaps that Male behaved submissively towards BJ and BJ accepted him as a partner who he ruled the Namiri Plains together with until death. This Male was later named by Guides from the Namiri Plains "Marley", and was not a BJ's blood brother but a brother in a Lion Coalition.
Although there some say that this Male "Marley" May be BJ's blood brother perhaps from a different litter, which explains why BJ accepted him to be his Coalition brother, but there's no proof of that too!
Until now This Male hasn't been seen 2 weeks prior to BJ's death and is believed to have escaped from the new rulres a 7 Males Coalition of Lions by running away from them or, possibly killed by them but we have no proof, so we can't say for sure!
The 7 Males Coalition that came to the area a few months ago has been studying BJ's pride and his weaknesses until they knew them tracked him and killed him.
Bob Junior was an iconic, Magnificent, Most handsome Lion in the Serengeti, and every photographer liked him for that, and he left about 12 Lionesses from his Pride and 3 sons about 2 years, and of course over the years he had plenty of sons and daughters who will continue his legacy.
I was one of 3 Guides to witness the last fight he gave before he was killed by 3 of 7 Males Coalition.
Credits to Tour Guides Cloud from (Nale Moru) and The Photographer he had "James Lewin" and another Guide from Kili Dove, who were the first to arrive at the scene and saw the fight from when the 3 males caught BJ and badly injured him! And also Credits to me and the Photographer i had Dave Matthiesen, from @thewildsource who we saw last fight BJ gave until 3 Males brutally killed him.
Credits to @asiliaafrica Namiri Guides and @chabaporini for crucial information about BJ.
In This Clip, which was shot and edited by me @chabaporini I show you everything, it's hard to watch and it's painful but it's nature!

@@adamowallace737 What would you have done if you were in Bob's mind at that moment? I would have jumped on the truck. I would have hidden there, kicking the cameramen out onto the grass, so they could play with their new friends. But even as a lion and with the mind of a human, I would also think things like... "I have to defend my family, they will kill my cubs", I think we would have even made the same decision to fight back, just like Bob.

If anyone was wondering what killed him, it was a broken back which leads to a loss of control to the diaphram which controls lung function(his difficulty breathing). He went on to pass out from a loss of oxygen (wasn't responsive in the final attack) and then eventually died of asphyxiation.

They're practicing for days like this, or when they'll go on a hunt. When the lioness hunt, they usually go for the bite to the middle of the prey's back and when done successfully, it's usually followed by the prey animal collapsing in a heap with lions all over it. Amazing.

His original name was Snyggve, while his brother was Tryggve (who was killed by these same males some days earlier, it is assumed). And, yes they could be half-brothers or cousins from the same pride. Their fathers were the also infamous C-Boy (for Snyggve) and Hildur (Tryggve, obviously) former rulers of Namiri Plains. C-boy was famous by his similar clash/fight against 4 Killers (of the 6) to which you referred in your description, but -in contrast with this- he survived that. Everybody can look for it, there are plenty of materials and sights about that and them. Anyway, what a shame for this beautiful male lion Snyggve... But i'll never forget him! At least, he had an almost fully life for a wild male lion with his brother and with more than 12-almost 13 years of age and as pride and territory rulers for about 7 years that is very good performance...hope their offsprings continue their bloodline.

Yes, lion society is very cruel if we compare it to a human perspective. It's a very hard life, especially for male lions. Although most people think that lionesses are given a lot more work by nature cause having to take care of cubs and hunting, I think the male lions are the ones who suffer the most. Unlike lionesses, males need to leave the place they were born into and conquer new places. The life of a male lion is an endless war. If he fails, his genes are not passed on. And the death will almost always be violent, even if this Lion was a great conqueror, after all the old age always come. Really a hard life. Lion's lifespan in the wild is often half of what it would be in captivity.

"Each day has its own trouble", and "try to make happy others", said the Messiah, but people add trouble even inflict pain on others for no reason but for just "the imagination of his evil heart" (this from Jeremiah). Even killing each other. They are not thinking the Hell God has ready for them. No need to invent anything because it's all, the warnings, already written, and it makes all and real sense.

Nothing happens without the message attached to it. This is the message to the world. The Wise in both extremes considers this as not a story but as a parables in which nature is carrying and no one can interfere it's a nature. What i mean is, this is not the first incident in the wild but special at this time. Let us be watchful. The fall and raise of the kingdoms and empires, the fall and raise of what we depends on and appeal to us.

It can be seen that in the last bites the lions give to Bob Junior, he does'nt feel anymore, he's just at the last moments of his life, the last breaths, but he's no more 'cose he is no longer conscious. He is already in the last throes of death. I don't know if this video is edited in order to watch the most important of the last moments of Bob Junior, but I hope he did'nt suffer a long agony and I really hope he died rapidly, he already suffered a lot from being attacked (sometimes they suffer long agonies). And, sorry, but while you enjoy saying you watch "a truly warrior", I don's see that. I just see a male lion who was very nervous that morning, sniffing the air sensing something was not normal as the other days (his brother already gone) and when he saw three unknown males running behind him he knew he was outnumbered and tried to run for his life. It's easy to watch "a warrior" when we are the espectators behind the barrier (and also that's humanice them). If someone of you had been on his paws, you would have felt the same anxiety, nervousness and urge to flee and the less thing you want to be is "a true warrior". Is not bad to run for ypur life if that give you the chance to rebuild a new Coalition and a new Pride.
