They always fit spectacularly and add to the songs, not only through their musical influence but also their voice and tone. eh I disagree. some of the features actually detracted from my enjoyment of the songs on this album. my favourites were the ones where it was just him. I would have LOVED Closer if it weren't for the featured artists, they ruined it for me.

For me, the most impactful moment came when he says "Cause I'll never be like them" - he looks directly into the camera as if to promise the audience this. Felt like he's conveying to us that it's okay to be unapologetically yourself. He's willing to throw everything he's earned away to just be himself. My god.

This is why he is my ult and I have his name tattooed on me forever. RM is one of the most realistic artists I have ever seen. I've never related to an artist as much as I have RM. I remember the first time noticing him in thr Baepsae dance practice in his pink shirt with overalls I was like who is that...and now here we are with this masterpiece. I've never been so proud in my life to be an army and to have him as my ult.

RM has mentioned several times in indigo interviews that he really wanted to call it Flowerworks but he was afraid it would confuse people because it's not a real word and the word play/association is not quite as apparent in English as it is in Korean so he made the decision to call it wild flower instead.

The behind the scenes for this is amazing. The MV is gorgeous and powerful and I love how they hoth go hand in hand. Honestly I really got swept away with the song because Youjeen's vocals are gorgeous. Her vocals remind me of Jimin's voice but more of the tone. Lyrically Namjoon is such a poet it's one of the reasons that I really got into BTS back in 2013.

The fireworks were real. No CGI. I agree with everything you said. I cry every time. It was a spiritual experience. youjeen's hauntingly stunning exquisite rock voice was rhe "icing on the cake". This video should win Every Award next year. If it doesn't. Because of politics or whatever...it's OK. It won Every Award in my World! To RM. I do wish you a Lovely Night! For me what always gets me the most is his lyricism, that "boyhood to eternity" line... just incredible

The director is Woogie Kim, who worked on Dope, Boy Meets Evil, Save Me and other BTS MVs. My favourite thing since becoming BTS ARMY used to be watching reactors new to BTS losing their shit over BTS, but now my favourite is watching EVERYONE (new to BTS or not) losing their shit over Indigo to the extent to which I myself have. Yes, YESSS! Great reaction that mirrors my own apart from the bursting into tears at the crowd singing "Flower, flower works". I think that's just me 😂

The whole album is such a masterpiece. Not a one mediocre song here. Yun is absolutely gorgeous t, and wait until you hear Closer. They did a mini concert last night and everything RM sang just slapped. The boys are such powerhouses on their own so no wonder when they are in a group they are almost overwhelming.

Mad respect for artists with a wide range. Raw or polished, for the mainstream or indie audiences. Rap or sing, R&B or rock... when it's done with sincerity and passion, a sonic and lyrical masterpiece happens. Indigo is that album and RM is that artist 💙 AOTY for me 👏

I love how RM continues to show us him. Like I know it's in Korean but I understood. The vulnerability and deepness of this whole album is so good. This is a gift, a precious chosen gift that will bless your ears if you let it.

If you notice how the flowers turn to ash just like if you were to light a flower on fire aka a flower work. Then the flowers turn into army in the stands. It’s as if he saying his voice is so the flowers can blast into the sky and become beautiful while he stays on the ground with the ashes. It truly is beautiful.

no fr tho same, I watched the mv multiple times before but watching this particular video had me crying like a baby for the first yime ever to a song. Wild flower is such a masterpiece .

Just wanted to make a little note that if you notice during the storm scene all the stuff flying around him is video equipment, ie. cameras, tripods, lights etc. such a cool little subtle detail. I knew that you would love this video! Had been waiting for it :)

I feel like this mv is a combination of like 10 different sides of Namjoons brain. The calm field and beautiful scenery. The calm mature and a composed leader is able to form the most beautiful sentences that reassure and calm. The dark desert and cut-off/burnt trees The dark thoughts and his Iver thinking brain and his lonely feeling. The side that his poetry and words are the deepest. The thundering clouds and high winds. Fast-paced life and the balance between rapper and poet. The fighting style and the beautiful anger. The stadium where he is free to do music and feel the connections with army n fellow artist music that feels like home. The fireworks a Beautiful reflection of the fire within and a beautiful life to live but not wanting to burn out. Laying on the ground connecting to the earth and Namjoon reminded of nature and beauty and staying grounded. These are all the imagery of his thoughts and the lyrics amplified it 1000 % more. Namjoon truly does have a way in story telling with words and imagery . As a vet army I cried as I could see vivid flashbacks as I listened to the song the first few times and the lyrics and story was very telling. Youjeen also fit so very well she matched the song and it felt like a fitting puzzle piece and natural. I'm so happy you got this song it truly us a master piece. His whole Album is truly a deep tribute to RM , Namjoon, leader, rapper, poet, idol, Namjun. You could study RMs Album in writing and music classes easily.

The song and video elicit such a strong emotional response that is rarely felt in music these days. youjeen! Her vocals wrap the song in sheer beauty . I’ve watched the video over and over again and am drawn to it like bees to honey. 11/10 indeed.

This is my ultimate favorite release of 2022. I was not expecting this sound from RM but I am so pleasantly surprised. Great reaction!

The MV is so effective in delivering the message and all the emotions that the song intended to. And for that I also consider this as the best. It's really a hard thing to achieve. The opening scene immediately drawn your attention and every scene after that just drawn you in deeper. You're right, I too got lost in it. And I love how they don't simply use nature as a backdrop, but incorporate it to the story. The storm, dead trees, night sky, sunrise, the flowerbeds, the clouds, and even the way they captured those shots. Everything just worked. Nothing feels like a filler or simply backdrop. And RM, he tells his story effectively too. His expression and his every movement really conveyed those emotions. The song really came to life, and I just love it!

That is why I'm proud of BTS as a group and each member as a musician!!! They are all amazing and talented!!

Youjeen is the lead singer of Cherry Filter, you’ve probably heard their music at least in passing. What I love about the song and mv is RM’s sincerity, his wish and method to share where he is at mentally and in turn also bringing us up with him.

I empathized and cried with the Millions of AMRYS around the world. Youjeen’s voice brought it to a different level. Whenever I hear this song, I get incredibly emotional.

Every scene of this MV is like a work of art. I am still struck by how well Youjeens vocals worked. She was concerned her vocals as a punk rock singer would over power the song but she added a firework like burst of sound that was absolutely vibrant and perfect. Simply beautiful.
