Yeah I heard Richard Sherman use and the secondary use to pick him off a lot in practice. Many times Sherman said Wilson sucked! From what I hear you are correct it’s carroll’s system it was very easy. It was never Wilson. They just made him look good. Where Wilson went wrong was he wanted too much money and then he wanted to start dictating personnel decisions. The system was always bigger than Wilson in Seattle especially the monster defense they had!

As a Seahawks fan, I assumed Denver would be better than last year, but didn't immediately assume they could beat KC twice a year and then again in the playoffs. KC still is the top dog in that division. But I truly didn't see Wilson's crappy season coming at all.

Watson is MUCH younger (and better) than Wilson. Watson throws darts and is a MASSIVE deep ball threat. He will be playing behind a GREAT offensive line and probably the best running game in the NFL. Not saying that it’s going to be INSTANT success, but Watson is going to be operating with a high-powered offense (regardless of the Browns’ record because of the defensive meltdowns that gave games away).. the same offense that a career backup in Jacoby Brissett had success in. I mean, I’m not saying the Browns are suddenly going to become instant contenders, but Watson’s age, raw talent and the situation he’s being put in SHOULD set him up for success (if not this year, next year). Won’t mean a thing if the Browns’ defense continues to be HORRIBLE tho. We’ll see! 🤷‍♂️

You never know until you know but many in Denver saw this coming. A desperate move by a desperate organization. Can you say worst trade ever? Yes, it seems like this will destroy the team for many many years to come

This year obviously sucks for Broncos fans, but as a lifelong Seahawks fan, I am literally betting a lot of money that he bounces back next year with a vengeance. No shot he's not top 5 when he gets comfortable in Denvers system (and their O line gets healthy...) it's always darkest before the dawn my Denver bros. Russell knows how to win, and he will. Next season will be the real deal.

Well rn, Kyler , Rodgers, Wilson and potentially Watson contracts are very unfavorable relative to performance. This is bound to impact the younger QBs as they strive to find a new contract ceiling. It’s legit to ask if paying 25% of the cap to one player is ever gonna win the SB for your team. Only mahomes is worth that loot rn.

Russ has been a high maintenance prima donna since his days at NC State.

It's the first year with a new team. Settle down everyone. New QB, new coach...let's just take a breath. To be clear, I'm a Seattle fan and LOVE the draft opportunity. Seattle wins regardless but Denver still stands to be a great team once the coach understands what Russ needs. They probably outta talk to Pete.

Dude, Russ has been trash for years. All he was able to give was 6-10 week stretches during the last 5 years... You're not winning anything with him at QB.

@@djrxmx I dunno...Denver doesn't have a lot of options right now. Russ is the guy, they're going to have to figure it out. The talents there, coaching isn't. Of course, this is only opinion.
