ESPECIALLY when the defense gives him decent field position consistantly.

My Dad has a Seattle Wilson jersey. He was a HUGE Seahawks fan. He said Russ would NEVER leave the Hawks. He sadly died in Feb & never saw the trade to Denver. I think my dad is up there laughing his ass off.

I’m from the Bay Area. My dad used to be a huge Niners fan too. My parents used to even work concessions at Candlestick for my brothers band. But when we moved to WA, he decided he had to become a Seahawks fan. I myself don’t let geography pick my teams. Except for my beloved San Jose Sharks. Love them so much we kept the season tix when we moved.

And if Russell was anywhere near as good as he used to be, and Hackett had been at least an average level NFL coach -- they should have been. Their defense is still like top-3 in points given up, and that's playing with an offense that can't stay on the field. For years the Broncos #1 problem was not having a good QB and Wilson was _supposed_ to be the answer. But I guess not.

Peyton lost a lot of playoff games - you never heard his old teammates talk about him the way Russ's old teammates do.

I mean this is the entire AFC West right now everyone not named Kansas City thought they were contenders for the Super Bowl let alone the playoffs. Spent $1 billion dollars is what’s estimated between Draft picks given up, and physical salaries for Free Agents to beat Kansas City and they still haven’t accomplished that let alone making a deep playoff run. Russ deserves blame but I'm watching this team and there's tons of drops and fumbles recievers don't scramble drill well like this is not just a wilson problem. Not much run after catch or anyone breaking free just not many playmakers on offense

I feel like we blaming the wrong person the plays they are running are even worst than what Matt Patricia is running ! The offensive scheme is terrible Melvin Gordon was let go Melvin Gordon like smh 🤦‍♂️

@@mftovar8048 sadly in everything someone or something has to always be the scapegoat in this case it just happens to be Russell Wilson because of his massive contract let’s no forget that Hackett lost a couple games because he didn’t manage the clock properly.

I said it before, in Richmond, VA where Russ AND Michael Robinson are both from, the city has given Michael service awards for years and other Seahawks even had many football camps while Russell NEVER comes back..

i was the same way, i think his last game it wasn’t necessary his fault, his team honestly failed him in that last drive, he had like 4 potentional touchdowns that were called back because of flags and drops. Maybe he will be good but hope we get that top 5 maybe top 3 🙏

It does take more then one player to win but all the roles must perform and with the quarterback being the one who controls the ball he must perform even better given his status and paycheck but he keeps shitting the bucket that's why he's getting talked about so much this season

@@me-fw8jz If the O-line isn't doing their job right, that messes up the QB down to the RB, TE, and WR. Denver's team needs help. I don't care how good a QB is when that O-line isn't doing their job, he can't do his job. I'm going to have to watch their game with the Panthers again bc I don't even remember it now.
