Absolutely stunning. I watched this video with tears in my eyes. Everyone can point a camera and take pictures, but they don't necessarily "see" what they are shooting. I believe you do see, and feel the beauty of every scene you shoot. Thank you so much for sharing your view of St. John"s.

Linda, thank you for saying what I felt too. A view of someone seeing and absorbing the beauty and valour in all the things; the miniscule, the mundane, the majestic; generously shared with us to view too. A way of seeing, and being.

I have only been impressed with your.videos. The first time I watched was your episode at Comox/Cumberland when we were nearby. Just visiting first time to maritimes sept-Oct made me feel like I was out of time, in an era from before. Respectful people, steady, no drama. Oh gosh. NFLD still on my bucket list. Thank you so much for this incredible video. And sharing the music. It is my dream.

Thank you, Leanne, for this deeply meditative walk through an extraordinary place. It felt very peaceful, and at the same time the roughness of the landscape resonates with me. And the ordinary lives lived in the middle of it all (and no doubt it must have been pretty hard in older times). Love those colourful houses, as well!

Thank you for this video and for showing more than the tourist sites. I have only been to Newfie twice but each was a joyous visit. My Dad, an AC pilot, introduced this wonderful part of our country to me in the ‘50s as a small child but I still remember so many details. About 10 years ago I had the opportunity to go back. The history and the people are wonderful. But your interpretation is stunning. Makes me want to go again!
