And he's bang on, I've never been anywhere near this guys level, but just dealing with kilos of coke, it leads to nothing good, people die, homes get destroyed, family's tore apart, even the good times, they are good times spent waiting for the bad times, the weed game is soo much more pleasant lol 🤷‍♂️

Yep Andrew doesn't come across as a stereotypical Rough tough Gangster. He comes across very shrewd intelligent & cunning individual. As you say I think he's the type of character that would have done well at anything if he put his mind to it because you can tell by listening to him he has drive & ambition ( instilled in him from his parents) . I like the way he pointed out at the start of thee interview to anyone thinking about going down this route don't do it coz it will catch up with you at some point. I hope this guy stays on the straight & narrow & isn't dragged back into the life by someone dangling some carrots under his nose, but if he's anyway smart which he seems to be he'll leave that well alone. If he was to get caught again smuggling he'd be in for even bigger bird! Not worth sacrificing ones freedom noway.

In my opinion , The reason he seems normal and down to earth is because he was a lover of dance music and xtc, And had a love for the music before he fell in love with the drugs. The xtc / Rave scene changed good people into bad people and the xtc turned bad people into good people, But the music and love for it broke down barriers,

How much cleaner as it gotta be b4 it sinks into the mindset of today’s youth. Andrew as told a story of misery destruction and regret. He was lucky he came out the other side alive. Deception jealousy informants, describes the criminal fraternity in 3 words. My dad said to get nice things in life you have to work for them, he’s 80 today n came to England from Jamaica in 1959, worked the same job until he retired at 63, he installed the same work ethic into my mindset at 17, even though he was divorced from my mother. I’ve passed the same work ethic onto my 25yr old and 13 yr old daughters. The working man will always be a winner. Who really wants to spend years of their life behind bars to achieve getting nice things. Health and family are worth more than any amount of money 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🇯🇲

Interesting guy, I didn’t want this interview to stop, part 2 is needed. Andrew Pritchard is good mates with my uncle and they use to hang around with each other in Hackney and done business, I recall my uncle telling me back in early 2000s.

This is definitely, surely the biggest hitter on this or any UK true-crime site. Amazing guy/great interview. I must admit I thought James was probably just talking when he said at the beginning of the year that his podcast will be hitting a different level compared to other podcasts. He proved me wrong I am glad to say.
