I'd not heard of Yammy before I seen this podcast. Hes instantly my new role model, hes such a gentleman. I was abused since the age of 5, grew up ashamed and confused, got addicted to drugs, got violent ended up in YOI's. Many suicide attempts, sectioned in mental hospitals. Now I'm 44 and watch these podcasts and it gives me strength to know I'm not alone and survivors can openly talk about what happened without being ridiculed or being called a lier anymore.

Used to have a older fella near me in Islington always talking about conspiracies with nonces and the council/old bill/government/judges etc back in the 80s/90s. Always hope he turned out alright in the end as everyone thought he was mad back then but turned out it was all true.

I was in a home in Snakes Lane, South Woodford in the late 70s, don't even really know how old I was 5 or 6 maybe. All i remember is being beat up and hot water being poured over my leg, im quite a dark skin mixed race guy with a big patch of white skin on my shin. The care system is fucking wicked and savage. It certainly set me up for a life of crime and violence. Now in my mid 40s I have a hold of myself and doing alright, we don't ask for the life, it gets pegged on us. Bless up Yammy, and respect to you James for providing this platform bro.

Real real respect to Yammy B. That’s a real man right there. Takes a lot of courage to talk about traumatic experiences. I was in care when I was young and I know that feeling of being taken away from your parents and feeling scared and all alone. What a amazing watch and an amazing listen. Top podcast. Keep those inspirational videos coming. Hope Yammy B does well for himself! 👊💯

Honestly I fucking tell you hearing them two tell it now it is makes me not ashamed about what happened me. And for a lifetime nothing couldnt. Put this guy into a position of power in the system to.help kids or prisoners. He's a fucking hero. People won't realise this until a few years go by and these stories get checked and verified as Truth and fully truth will the public realise these guys and a generation of us 'bad boy's written off from kids are the ones who were telling the truth as kids. The public should be ashamed and have to watch this man's story. Enough people in public positions know and enable this. God give these men of life a chance to grow. This guy is that charismatic and clearly genuine it's hard to know his life has been subject to such horror yet he is a picture of grace. That is internal power he has because he is not a bad man. One day the media and justice system will be crucified for the pain they institutional ized

It's so surreal how both Yammy and Marvin's injuries had them in hospital beds for 5 months and told they would never walk and be crippled for life. This is powerful stuff knowing that as bad as they behaved and acted, they just were good guys raised in bad environments and and conditioned to do bad. No one is born evil or bad. This guy is and Marvin's story are awe inspiring. Thank you James for giving life to their stories

Have to Love Yammy. Another great interview. That man is a survivor and to go through what he's had to and come out the other side is amazing. People like Yammy & Marv can take their life experiences to our younger generation because, in all honesty, they would only listen to people who have lived and breathed the lives they are living now. If they can even turn one young man around then it's worth it all

Quality podcast. I love that these subjects are getting talked about and especially by men. We need to open up and be honest. What happened to him can’t be kept a secret or it’ll always happen

I met this boy inside I believe in long term. Thank fuck he's free. God is good. Hopefully they can see this lad is as honest and loyal and authentic as you like. Can we not employ this guy as a prison reformist cos he is a advert for redemption. He has more decency then any political person. Thank you Lord for this man. The world needs survivors who are ready to tell the world what we had faced. God give this man everything. He is worthy

20 mins into this podcast and already got the upmost respect for Yammy on his own podcasts and you tube channel... A total realist and im so glad he's sharing his stories with us now in later life... He wasn't no angel but some of that stuff sounds horrific and as a kid it must kill you inside and definitely had some baring on your own miss fortunes... Just subscribed to this channel now James and looking forward to watching some other podcasts from you both "Tips hat".... Fair play Yammy bro... And i really hope you will help some other people/kids that are going through this stuff now and even back then.. Im sure you will 💖 Anyways respect lads... Much love from the Mr Beatz ok... ✌️💖💯
