I was one of the 8 people at that show at El Matador in New Orleans. To the host: if you see this and care to share with your friends, it’s still one of my favorite shows of all time - probably because it was so small and I was just totally unprepared for what they did on stage. They made at least one lifelong fan out of that gig.

Love the kills and followed them since I found their record in Royal Records (Seattle) but ffs man missing Bad Brains and Fugazzi starting city... killed the vibe for me. This has a vibe of "we have to do this interview w/ this corporate shill". Nothing but love for the kills. I'm bored of cheap and cheeful
