About The Killers:
The Killers are a Las Vegas-based four-piece who formed in 2003, featuring the talents of singer/keyboardist Brandon Flowers, drummer Ronnie Vanucci, guitarist Dave Keuning and bassist Mark Stoermer. This song reminds me of my high school sweetheart I married who introduced me to The Killers. My wife recently passed away at 27 while recovering from a routine heart surgery. This song gets the tears streaming down my face but I can't stop listening to it. I miss her so much and I would trade all the pictures and memories of her just to have her back in my arms.

I think I find it difficult to chose which album is their best. I just love all of of their albums just in a different way. Amazing music.

My dad is a huge Killers fan, we were listening to this the other day and tears came to his eyes. My parents are divorced. Thank you!
I drove a 3 hour drive back and forth every couple days to see my girlfriend, now wife, while listening to this album. This was my favorite song when driving away for a couple days, when a couple days seemed like a lifetime. I still love this album. 3 kids and some years later it still takes me back to that feeling. I think I'll go call her, she's about to get off work.

I think the greatness of The Killers lays on the amazing voice of Brandon Flowers, he tells the words in a way that they always make meaning to you, the listener. In my opinion, he has an "easy to listen" way of singing stories. That, and the greatness of the right tune, arrangements, basically, the right music from the member of the band, makes it a great band.
"I musta been a fool til the bitter end".. shit gets me every time
I listened to this non stop when my wife passed away, don't know why but it brought me some comfort.

my friend introduced me to this band and I'm glad that he did cause this song is pure and it is a song that I will love for the rest of my life. thank you the killers for making such awesome music.

I bought Battle/Born a couple months ago, and today for first time I played the entire record, I got no idea why I waited so much time, I Totally fell in love with it ,,,I can say I listened in the right moment of my life...
Best song from Battle Born, and one of my all time favorites.
