The KEY To Healing Your Gut (You're Missing This)

Up to 1 in 5 people in the United States have a gut problem and most have no idea how to fix it. After all, if they did why would they walk around with symptoms like constipation, bloating, pain, and cramping?
The key to healing your gut and obtaining all of the benefits that better gut health provides can be summed up in one word: butyrate.
Butyrate is an energy source produced by healthy bacteria in your gut that exerts a powerful impact on both your gut health and your overall health.
The benefits of increased butyrate production include:
1. Weight loss.
2. Heal leaky gut.
3. Treat other gut disorders.
4. Exert powerful anti-inflammatory effects.
5. Improve skin health.
Sources for all claims can be seen in the video.
How do you increase butyrate? The best way is through your diet:
- Fruits: especially apples, bananas, and kiwis
- Vegetables: especially artichokes, asparagus, and broccoli
- And sources of resistant starch like potatoes, oats, and quinoa
Learn more about how to increase your own butyrate production naturally, the benefits you can get from increasing butyrate production, how supplements compare to food sources of butyrate, and much more.

1/4 teaspoon of cold pressed castor oil, hexane free (I take it in a shot of cold water and bit of lemon) before dinner. It fixed 25 years of IBS constipation. I was bad, once or twice a week, now I go regular.

I believe Celery increases Butyrate. I've been putting 2 stalks in a magic Bullet with water 1-2 times a day. I find it decreases my hunger. When I eat carbs, it's hell on the gut and makes me hungry all the time.

Not enough is spoken about how you eat. Chewing your food, not binge eating, eating enough, drinking too much fluid with a meal. You can have smelly gas, indigestion, poor stool etc and not change what you are eating, but fix these

For me the only thing that healed my gut was switching to the carnivore diet. I did all the things and I continued to have extreme bloating and for a full 10 years I had nothing but liquid stools. Just a couple of days of carnivore made a dramatic difference in my bloating, but it took a full three months for it to address my liquid stools. There's also a whole host of other things it addressed, but I won't get into those here.
