Thanks for the video UIisses. I'll definitely try this out during my next shoulder workout. I have a suggestion for you. My favorit video from you is when you train back at Muscleworks. You've posted this vidéo 7 years ago. what makes this video unique is the voice-over commenting on the movements and the music in the calm and epic genre. I really enjoyed this video and still enjoy it. The music is awesome in this ! Why not making the same format for another muscle groups ?
