It was for sure a rollercoaster of emotions getting it running and then having it not run, I was working a ton on it the last couple of days to get it back up and running! Now just some tuning and working out more minor issues! Thank you for the support!

I talked with a tuner, it's the vvt setup, it's going based off of the engine coolant temp, and it needs to be remapped, that will be the first thing I work on!

Hey man one question, what does k swap mean actually? Is that some company which makes engines for bmw e 30 on their own or is it some sort of special name for some additional parts? If k swap is an engine did you than had to buy everything else besides the engine in order to have it fit?

So the k swap refers the engine swap, similar to "LS Swap" the k series is a Honda/Acura motor with a bunch of variations, I got mine from an Acura TSX, there are two main companies that make parts, "touge factory" and "k power industries" you have to source the k series engine from engine dealers or from people parting the Honda/Acura out, then you use the swap kit to convert it to rear wheel drive

Yo man, I'm doing this swap in an E36. What pulleys did you end up using for your accessory drive set up? I have a K24A2 as well, but it came bare, so i'm piecing it together and i'm new to the Honda world

I messaged a tuner in my area, we will see if he gets back to me, my thought is to just do a street tune, and get it driving well, then when I turbo it in the future, get a full Dyno tune to see actual numbers!
