The First one foreshadows Nick's fate with Golden Freddy's appearance The Second foreshadows the existence of the creation The third just shows how there is no escape and that the ignited's will just reset the time to play again The Fourth shows the death of Micheal (This is him being turned into a mindless husk for the ignited to use) And the fifth shows the death of Nick who was killed by Golden Freddy in his old family home.

If you remember from the Basement memory, the same one we see Michael being burned in, that furnace they used for it was only big enough to fit the four props that would allow the Ignited to fuse into Creation. If Michael was in that furnace, it wouldn't be in human form. It would be in a non-corporeal form, or in other words, he would've had to be a spirit, since his physical form wouldn't be able to fit. The Fallen were already there, but they didn't quite make it into our world. They failed to fully manifest in their desired image, A.K.A. the original cast of Five Nights at Freddy's, and while the Ignited are more developed than the Fallen are, they still aren't quite how they wanna be. Michael is something similar to the Ignited, but he's more of a separate entity they decided to use for the purpose of feeding from Scott Cawthon's creations, his games. That scene gives no hints as to when it's actually supposed to take place, but like I said, his human form wouldn't be able to fit, so that would have to be him being brought into the real world through the fire. The monitors say it, too. "We come from the fire. But our bodies need shape."
