For those who didn’t know, the Granny franchise is more of a spin off sequel to the original Slendrina franchise. Slendrina was originally one of those weird Slender copies which slowly evolved with its many sequels. Even the bootleg character herself gained loads of lore because of it (up to the point where Slenderman legit became her dad). Considering where these devs started and where they are now with the Granny Trilogy, I would say they’ve come a long way. Quality aside, they actually tried to go for an original horror puzzle game of sorts and they didn’t disappoint.

Well jumpscares arent the problem, I get it. But its the loud sounds that accompany them is what really spooks people. Humans are born with 2 innate fears, falling and loud sounds. So idk how high his audio is, but judgimg from the intensity of his voice during the snippet that another commenter posted here, id say its not super max, but neither super low either. If you really want to get "scared" put volume max and headphones on.

I had a glitch the first few times in the car explosion ending where Granny and Grandpa just stood there looking into the car and "died" when it exploded. I think that's actually more badass- these two know they won't die permanently, and so would rather see you blow into bits at the cost of dying temporarily themselves

The defeat shots by grandpa at the end is cherry top for this masterpiece of a game.

The target audience ranges from toddlers to Charlie's and it's a great evolution

The fact that he's playing a horror game with the door slighty open, shows exactly how strong and godlike Charlie really is.
