The Part of the Show about Mel meandering around topics, intentionally misunderstanding black men & ducking accountability kept it 💯 and the fact that Mel got triggered shows how delusional she really is & her lack of self-awareness. In the Katt topic the guys were explaining how Hollywood emasculates black men & she immediately brings up white actors & black women, completely undermining the main issue. Then the very next topic discussing Epstein Island she caped for Beyoncé & others saying they weren't directly involved, but had the opposite energy for Cam & Mase? Smh funny thing is they all wanted to agree with the part of the show chick (especially Ish) but they had to cape for their "sister" 🤷🏿‍♂️

It's gender wars on the pod. I don't need Mel to fall in line with my point of view if I'm Joe. They need to get past trying to trap her into saying certain things and being unhappy if she has her own point of view. It's cringy to almost see him force his opinion or views onto her. Do we really want all of them to think exactly alike? I, we, they may not agree with her approach, but ok you're smarter than most and that's where your mind took you, disagree, but no need to try to coax someone into what you wanna hear imo

I’ve noticed that hot topics (like black men in dresses) they tend to throw it in Mel’s lap. What I like about Mel is her opinion is different and it pushes the conversation. They do it to Ish too. I think that’s needed on a Pod, pods are boring when everyone agrees on the same things. Parks, Flip and Ice get to sit there and agree with the strongest opinion.

The bottom line about the dress thing, in my opinion, is they want to make black men, do things they do not want to do. whether it be wearing a dress or something else. They want to see if they have the power, and control, to be able to tell someone to do something, and them do it. PERIOD. whether it be against there will or not, and if they don't do what they are told, they do not get the opportunities or blessings to become a star. Also, the reason I feel it's soooooo important, is today it's a dress, but tomorrow it's something else, and eventually, you've lost all free will and doing whatever they ask you to and that can get dark quick.

She wasn't valid. Tyler Perry's and Marlon Winans' of the world isn't reflective to black male entertainers as a whole in Hollywood. Black men wearing dresses is to emasculate, humiliate and make them out to be laughing stocks for white liberal elites so they can get lucrative amounts of money in Hollywood. That's not a good representation for aspiring young black kids who have dreams trying to break into the entertainment business.

If you’re wondering why this interview has gone insanely viral, ranking among the top 3 podcast interviews ever, let me break it down. Think of it as akin to the Avengers Infinity Saga. Its success mirrors the culmination of all the build-ups from previous movies, starting from the Iron Man series through Avengers: Infinity War. Thing is, we (including Shannon) had no clue these vids were building up such hype. Shannon even tried to get Katt on the show over a year ago (thankfully, it didn’t happen then). Everyone else was laying the groundwork with their interviews, setting the stage. Then, boom! Katt comes in, almost like Thanos snapping fingers, tying it all together. Plus, Katt’s got that charm, speaks his mind, sticks to his agenda, and he’s hilarious. That’s why this thing blew up!
