It's not luck people, Lin is a solid PG in the right system. He made Landry Fields, Nick Novak and Chandler look like All Stars. NY destroyed a good thing letting him go.

It wasn't just him, dantonis offense makes a lot of people better offensively. Raymond Felton looked like an all star there too. Houston gave him too much money the Knicks to match.

I think its weird that people get mad at Asian fans for showing him so much love...he's the only Asian American that made it this far, this big in the NBA...we don't have any heroes in the American entertainment industry or the American sports industry...of course we're going to love this guy! Three things that made this run so well 1. Other teams didn’t know how to guard this guy yet because they hadn’t seen his play style, but regardless of that he is a solid player. 2. Dantoni did a good job of starting him this game because his previous game was huge and had his confidence through the roof, so starting him in this game showed him that the coach trusted him to run the offense 3. You can feel the chemistry between the team. They loved Jeremy. Fields was driving to the hoop of his dishes because they were getting along and loved playing together so in his mind he wants to score off his dishes to give him assists. The same with chandler, he sees that Jeremy is making good decisions and keeping him involved so he in turn will run up and down the floor harder to try to get open because he knows his friend Lin will get him the ball for scoring opportunities. Obviously Lin isn’t a superstar but he could’ve been the point guard of the future for this team SOLELY because of the good vibes they had in their chemistry together.

The best thing to happen to the Knicks since Ewing, Alan Houston John Starks days. He was masterful in the pick and roll and made offensive stars of players like Chandler, Novak, Landry Fields he had the whole Knicks team DOMINATING the league almost. Even had Knicks and Madison Square Garden Stocks soaring in profits. Go ask Carmelo how he was able to convince the owner of the team to put him on the market for best offers when the Knicks could of had him for $1-2M a year and Lin had to accept. Truth will come out books will be written and movies will be made and Carmelo Anthony will not be very happy of his portrayal, it happened in New York the entertainment capital of the world, and he will have to explain to his children why he did that..

If Lin was playing now, he'd have more options in the pick-and-roll, because of his improved jumpshot.

    這麼多年之後看到還是非常非常的感動。剛開始的介紹真的很詳細,包括他的教練,看到他在訓練的時候,覺得他應該可以在場上,也發揮的很好。也說林書豪,非常的謙虛。..

Its nice to see comments like this. Good comments and wishing good things for players. I will still root for Novak, Tyson and Shump except for the game Houston - Knicks on December 17th. If you know what I mean. Lol. Well good luck to both our teams now. God Bless.

Mike D'Antoni has a way of playing his point guards. His system works for certain players like Steve Nash, Jeremy Lin, James Harden, but not so much for guys like Carmelo Anthony. His system works for players that love scoring and playmaking.
