In this video we take a look at "The Japanese Race Car" that is the Type 16 (FPS) in War Thunder.
This speed demon sits at BR 8.7 in rank VI of the Japanese ground forces tech tree. This vehicle is a premium vehicle and thus it comes with the expected research and silver lion boosters.
The strongest part of this vehicle is its speed and maneuverability which allows it to outrun the enemy team at the start of the game to pull off great flanks and to get behind the enemy.
This vehicle also comes with excellent thermal optics that are extremely clear, the ability to scout for your team, a recon drone and a great APFSDS round for 8.7 that is able to penetrate 353mm of armour.
Overall this is a great machine and if you are looking to pick up a premium to help you grind through the Japanese ground forces tech tree, I would strongly recommend this over the Type 74 (G).
