Consider the Zionist agenda and how it’s encouraged settlers allied to it to migrate there causing an extremist domination of the population, (oddly that narrative applied to brown people elsewhere, omitting the migration of white Jews who have caused this issue in Israel). How do you negotiate with them? You don’t. So you form an extremist counterpart, Hamas, it’s formation endorsed by Israel because it didn’t want to negotiate with the PLO, Yasser Arafat. Two extremes can never agree. It’s whether you support the moderate Israelis and Palestinians who want peace or are disrupted by prejudiced narratives into supporting extremists against extremists.

He is well known to refuse to debate these issues with any scholar on the subject and instead prefers to sit pompously in a chiar and read a monologue that he does not have to defend if challenged. Absolutely cowardly. For anyone concerned here are response to his statements. 1. What is going on in Syria and Yemen and Pakistan are intra-muslim squabbles and crisises not unlike intra-European crisises that arise from time to time at varying degress of severity fro example: The Prauge War of the 1960s, The Northern Ireland Conflict, the FAulklands War, The Yugoslave War, and the Geogia-Russia war. None of these conflicts illicited wide spread public response in Europe becasue there were relatively small and new. For thsoe same reasons the conflicts that he listed that are occuring in some Muslims coutnries do not illicit widespread public outrage. However, how can he have the temerity to try and compare the almost 100 year long conflict in genocide and holocaust in palestine to a few relatively small skirmishes in Yemen and Pakistan!?! 2. Egypt and Syria and Jordan have already accepted Palestians refuges in the past but each time the Zionist apartheid state have refused to allow them to return and stole their land and gave it to European zionist colonizers. So they simply do not want history to repeat itself. 3. Muslims historically and till present day do not hate jews. I have already posted in this group links to lectures of jewish scholars detailing how Muslims and jews have lived in peace for centuries all over the Muslim world. In fact it has always been the christians who have hated and persecuted the jews historically, not the Muslims. So NONE of his points are valid. His arguements are superficial in its analysis. He is spewing absolute nonsense to an audience who are likely xenophobic and ignorant about history.

How about instead of these marches calling for a ceasefire, they start asking for the unconditional surrender of Hamas? That would also result in a ceasefire. If Palestinians do not support Hamas as they say, it shouldn’t be difficult. I have a wide range of opinions politically, but it seems the left have been well and truly duped on this one.

Just tuned in after watching a Fox News interview where an Arab Muslim described a cultural norm of the Middle East: Hug with the one arm while stabbing in the back with the other. I'm beginning to understand why Westerners do not understand the Muslim world. I’m a none Jewish from the United Kingdom and I’m so worried and saddened for Israel and it’s people, I’m also very afraid what’s happening in the United Kingdom that our government and police are letting Hamas supporters protest on our streets inciting violence and hatred even on Remembrance Day , my people and family fought and died in WW2 for all humanity. I’m absolutely devastated and disgusted . My support and backing for Israel is pure and straight from my heart, people around the world need to take a long hard look at themselves as one day they will see the light. The double standards and bias and hypocrisy is unspeakable on all levels, one wonders would them very same people feel that way if it was on their doorstep.

Muslims in Palestine lived with Jews and Christians without any problem until your country brought the apartheid and terrorist state of Israel. Yemen and Syria are a different story. It's a civil war. They do not involve displacing nations into exile and stealing their land, kicking people out of their houses and bringing settlers to replace them, In Syria and Yemen there are no walls built around populations with security checks... Can you imagine how people in palestine west bank and Gaza live in a prison in their own land? That does not exist my anywhere in the world. Your thoughts are pure evil because you conflate everything. The west led by your country are actually doing the double standards: you want to erase your historical wrong against jews by creating zionosm and supporting another historical wrong against a whole free people. History tells us that no one is free until everyone is free. Isreal supported by the west can ignore this lesson as long as they want, but destroying Hamas won't make them safe. Except he kind of wrong. It's not a double standard. There lot of atrocities in world but if people are unaware of those atrocities they can't call it out and be outrage by it. The media doenst give the same level of attention to places like Iran, Syria, Pakistan etc. They might get brief mention in media but that's it. People go through life unaware of it. People dont show out rage because of lack of empathy or double standard but because of lack of knowledge. Still his argument does not negate the atrocities Israel is committing. The fact is Oct 7th put this conflict and Israel under a microscope thanks to the Media. The rise in death toll has outraged people and it should. People starting looking closer at what is going on over their. As they did they found that Israel is not the innocent victim they pretend to be. But to get back to his point. His beef shouldn't be with the people but with the media for not showing and bring light the atrocities committed around the world on same level they cover Israel.

I understand this. But I think the fact that this conflict is being broadcast through social media and people are watching it in the immediate aftermath on their newsfeeds is the variable that sets this horror show apart. This variable also needs to be brought into the discussion.
